We planned a special Valentines Day brunch with our three kids at Bistro 31, and despite the unprecedented snowy weather, they were open and extremely welcoming. They made our children feel very special and really went out of their way to make it a perfect dining experience for all of us. The manager brought each of my children and myself a rose, and when my children requested “snow chocolate” instead of hot chocolate, our waiter surprised us with a scoop of homemade vanilla ice cream with chocolate syrup at the end of our meal. The food was delicious as always, and the service was thoughtful, warm and gracious. Not all high-end restaurants are family friendly, but Bistro 31 really treats everyone like family. Highly recommend!!

First time dining here with girlfriends for my meetup group on Galintines day, loved it!!!!!! We will be back for sure to try brunch and other dishes along with trying the bar upstairs for happy hour!

Food was good but didn’t really feel like they we’re keeping patrons 6 feet apart. Host could have dressed nicer (I thought he was another guest) and more welcoming.

This restaurant is always one of my favorites. They deliver with great, friendly and responsive service, and with consistent and fabulous food. I love this place!!

We would eat here every night if we could. I eat there with my 93 and 96-year-old parents. The staff treats him like royalty. It is so precious how sweet they are to my parents. We love Michael and the entire crew

The food, service, and ambience were all fantastic. The services provided by the professional management and staff are the main reasons that we keep coming back. The old world elegance is a rare thing, and we value their focus to make sure that everything about the dining experience is excellent. I highly recomend this restaurant.

Great experience!

When making a reservation on Open Table, I specifically requested a two-top table along the window. The morning of the reservation, I called to confirm that I wanted a table along the window, and the hostess said it would be waiting for me.

When I arrived not more than an hour after my call (and 10 minutes before my reservation), they had given away all the tables along the window.

I was furious, of course. The hostess barely apologized and had no explanation. She should have sent the manager over, but didn’t seem to care. I seethed all through lunch, which totally ruined the experience.

Bistrot 31 never disappoint: the food is consistently great, the ambiance is casual yet classy and the service is excellent!!

Overall great food and experience. However, other than masks, almost no COVID protocols are followed. Unlike other restaurants, the tables are close together with no barriers between them making social distancing basically impossible.

If you are concerned about COVID, I would not go here.

A favorite restaurant of mine! Always excellent!

We were seated in the attached covered patio. The heaters are all overhead which makes for a warm head and cold legs/feet.There was a booth available inside when we arrived but the hostess put us outside in covered patio. Our plan was to have Oysters Rockefeller and steak. In an effort to get out more quickly I opted for a bistro burger and skipped wine with dinner.
