   Would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Horrible experience. Made a reservation for my friend's 30th Birthday. When we arrived to the location the restaurant was closed, clearly noted on the website they are open from 4pm-2am. This is not true- reservation was at 6:30pm. I attempted to call several times and no one picked up. We stood outside in the cold, waiting to see if the doors will open at a later time and nothing. The management definitely needs to take care of this and clarify time and days they are open. Not to mention the embarrassment of having my friend arrive to a closed restaurant for his birthday dinner.

   Have beeen to this establishment twice both times about 2 months apart and my family and I have been the only diners. The look of the place is great, however they have to do better advertising/marketing. Went two different times and two different hours and no one else dining but my reservation.

   When we arrived at 8, it was very quiet and we were the only ones for dinner at first , probably because it was Halloween weekend. Eventually it started getting busier. Food was great no complaints. I was charged twice, working with my Bank to get it situated. Overall: Staff was very friendly and professional then she disappeared for a bit and we did have to ask someone else for the check. In the end: I would go back and try it again.

   Need more or better waiters, waited forever for our drinks and food orders. Celebrated my 40th and was very disappointed with the entire service. I was even embarrassed taking my friends here to celebrate with me, almost didn't want them to pay the service was so bad.

   First time going to Bistro 21 and really enjoyed it. This place recently opened up and it was overall a satisfying experience from the service, food and the ambience. I plan on coming back again
