   Very nice place to eat with plenty of space between tables and nice decor. Service was good but fell short of excellent. Food was also good but once again fell short of excellence. However, the menu selections were above good and items were there to please all ; including meat eaters, seafood, pasta and vegetarians.

   Booked an open table slot for the evening requesting a quiet spot. The restaurant is all open and high ceilings so it was quite noisy but when asked if we could be outside, that worked! Less noisy and a nice evening…too bad the view is a parking lot but otherwise great experience. Our waitress wonderful, attentive, friendly! Food delicious. We will be back!!

   Lovely outdoor dining area. We have enjoyed dining at the Bistro 11 before, however, this time, we enjoyed dining in the outside dining area. Tall planters filled with beautiful flowers are well placed outside, to create a relaxing dining experience. We enjoyed it tremendously. The food with our wine was excellent. This time, instead of a meal, we enjoyed the Charcuterie boards and the shrimp cocktail. As far as we know , the Bistro 11 is the only Hagerstown area restaurant that offers Charcuterie boards. Charcuterie boards are perfect when enjoying wine and good conversation. This type dining is not only for the enjoyment of food, but, also for relaxing with wine. We loved it.

   The wait staff were excellent. The French onion soup was the best my husband and I have had in many years. My braised beef short ribs were excellent and my husband greatly enjoyed the crab imperial. We will definitely be back to order the same meals and to try other menu items.

   The food and the service were very good. The restaurant has a very high ceiling and no separation in the dining room so I couldn't hear what my girlfriend was saying most times. Overall it was a good experience, best pork chop I've ever had.

    I've been to Bistro 11 on quite a few occasions and usually bring someone new with me each time. Most of those people have become regulars since the food is always good. I love the Salmon BLT and fries. I've also had the french dip sandwich which is one of the best I've had. My daughter ordered the lamb burger and said, "this can't possibly beat the one I had in DC". After tasting it, she did say that it was even better than the DC one. The service is always good, it does get a little loud with the crowds because of the acoustics, but always bearable.

    Server was outstanding, made the night more enjoyable. Dinner was great, had the Dijon Salmon, friends had crab cakes and filet. Crab cakes were excellent, the filet was good but had to send back due to not cooking to the right finish and then new filet was a little undercooked - I do know this can be difficult and people’s taste are different. Crème Brûlée was wonderful, Key Lime Cheesecake was slightly artificial tasting on the key lime layer but was a nice size slice and the cheesecake portion was good. Would definitely return!

    This is a regular for us and it never disappoints. The only comment that I would provide for this visit was the size table for the 6 of us. It was a smaller table in the corner and a tad too tight - a larger table for that area would have been preferred. Food is always great - chef is very creative!

    The service was excellent and Courtney was friendly, helpful and kind. Everyone enjoyed their meal. I ordered the chicken and gnocchi. There were FAR too many mushrooms. Everything was outnumbered at least three to one. Would not order that again.

    We recently had dinner at Bistro 11 for our anniversary. We decided on an early dinner with reservations for 5:30PM. We were early but seated immediately. Our sever was friendly and accommodating but not overbearing. The food was delicious but $44 for a filet with a side order of au gratin potatoes sliced like a piece of lasagna and four asparagus spears was a bit pricey in retrospect. My husband had the tofu and enjoyed his dish. Our biggest complaint was the atmosphere. Don’t get me wrong…the place is very clean and nicely decorated….but the noise level was so loud that I had to move to the chair next to, not across from, my husband in order for us to even attempt to have a conversation. We should have known better as the restaurant that was in this location before Bistro 11 had the same issue. We were hoping that an early seating time and fewer diners would help with the situation but it didn’t. If you aren’t bother by feeling like you’re having dinner in an echo chamber with other diners , we would highly recommend this place. Otherwise, skip it for a more intimate, relaxed experience. Unfortunately, we won’t be going back.

    I am a loyal customer and will continue to be. Your Chef and kitchen staff are extremely talented, you should be very proud of the quality and presentation. I have never had a so-so meal there. The area for improvement lies with the service staff. Some of the staff need to be better trained on, and engaged about, the food at the same level as the kitchen. Simple questions as the daily vegetable, or an ingredient in a menu item should be known without grabbing a menu and looking for the answer. A good basic training on table service and how to maximize a check average will benefit all. I appreciate your pricing and understand the struggles with food cost in order to maintain your quality of food. Make your wait staff part of your success. Also, there need to be someone at the door as customers leave to bid them fair well and a return. Your restaurant is a true asset to our community, and I will continue to be part of your success.

    Our first time eating at bistro 11. Food was extremely overpriced for the area. My beef brisket was so fatty and the lights were so low that I couldn’t trim it with my utensil. My husband ordered the special. He enjoyed his more than I did mine but he stated it was nothing special for the price. The noise level made conversation difficult. We won’t be back.

    Draft beer was excellent and the soup of the day was cream of mushroom which was thick and scrumptious! Pork chop was beautifully cooked and juicy with fabulous potatoes and fresh sautéed green beans. No room for dessert though.
