   Usually we eat Italian when dining at Bistecca, but on tonight's visit, we had steak. Two of us shared the 12 oz filet and two sides. The sides, Tuscan potatoes and broccolini, were very generously proportioned - so much so that we had leftovers of both. The steak and the sides were perfectly cooked and we ate our meal family style. Next visit, we'll have a real dilemma - what to choose? Steak or Italian? A nice problem to have.

   We come to Vegas 2/3 times every year and have talked about this Italian restaurant. We finally made reservations and went last night. The menu was extensive. We ordered the stuffed mushrooms, the prosciutto cheese plate, and something else haha. I had the crab gnocchi which was prepared perfectly. Someone had the veal and it was superb. My husband had chicken marsala he wished had been a hair less well done but flavor was great. We had asparagus and brussels sprouts for a shared side. All phenomenal. The atmosphere was cozy, our server was attentive and pleasant. We will definitely be back!

   This was our first time here and we were pleasantly surprised. I would have given it 5 stars but for a couple of things. First, my filet mignon arrived medium even though I asked for it medium rare and the restaurant is known for steaks. It was redone and was perfect. We asked for more bread for our anppetizers and never got it. It was offered to us way late when we were already eating our main meal. The lobster Mac was delicious. The desserts were great and I loved the banana foster. Our server was Kennedy and he was wonderful. It takes very little effort to get 5 stars and I’m sure when we go back, that’s what we’ll give it.

   The music was a little loud at first but our waiter was able to make it a little lower so we can better hear each other at the table. The food was excellent and veal chop Parmesan was amazing. We throughly enjoyed our meal and we will be back for sure. Keep up the great work!

   We had an excellent dinner at Bistecca. We started off with the calamari, and stuffed mushrooms, for an appetizer. Both were very good, with the calamari being the better of the two. Three of us ordered steak, and all were cooked to our liking and very flavorful. The vegetarian in the group ordered the butternut squash ravioli and really enjoyed it. We also ordered several sides (French fries, broccolini, mashed potatoes, and Brussels sprouts. All of these items were really good as well, although the fries and mashed potatoes really stood out. Overall, I’d highly recommend Bistecca. It is a bit pricey, but worth it for a great meal.

   After seeing many TikTok reviews praising Bistecca, we made reservations for our Vegas trip. Unfortunately, our experience at this high-end restaurant didn't fully live up to expectations, especially considering the $400 price tag for two. The service issues began immediately. The hostess unprofessionally started talking to another group in the middle of our conversation creating confusion. While water was served promptly, our server was clearly overwhelmed with at least 5 tables seated within minutes of each other. We were frustrated when they gave specials and took drink orders for our table and the adjacent one simultaneously, eliminating any sense of personal attention. We waited 30 minutes for drinks and an additional 15 for appetizers. Our server checked on us just once, and the manager ended up boxing our meal after a long wait. The food was mixed. The tableside caesar was excellent and lived up to the hype. The beef carpaccio had excellent flavor but was buried under too much arugula. My wagyu ribcap featured a black char around a medium-rare center with good flavor, though the bernaise sauce lacked tarragon. The broccolini was excellent, but the potatoes were somewhat dry. Our biggest disappointment was the $100 ribeye brick—a high-fat cut that my date found unsatisfying. The specials weren't explained clearly, made worse by our server's accent being difficult to understand in the very noisy restaurant. Printed descriptions of specials would have helped tremendously. I might try Bistecca again, but they need better service and clearer menu communication to justify their premium prices. For a high-end restaurant, the individualized attention we expected was missing throughout our experience.

    For the many times we have patronized Bistecca this time the service was terrible. Server appeared to be a novice in the business. Hovered over us continually until we ordered. (restaurant was only half full) We Asked him about an item content . He did not know so he guessed with the answer wrong. Asked about a product we ordered. He gave us the wrong answer. (the bartender gave us the proper one with an extended attempt to give us an extended answer) We specifically noted on our reservation that we were celebrating two special days. This server gave us the bill with no reference to the request. We would definitely return to Bistecca but never with this server
