We ate at Bistango on New Year's Eve. The prix fixe meal was phenomenal from start to finish: great options, generous portions, and friendly yet professional service. Our table ordered everything from veal to cod, foie gras to arctic char and nary a bad bite. The Jerusalem artichoke veloute was to die for! The location of the restaurant can seem a bit off-putting (a strip attached to a hotel) but don't be fooled--a gracious and scrumptious meal await you within!

Toujours à la hauteur de sa réputation. Ce n’est pas la première fois que nous allons à ce restaurant et ce n’est certainement pas la dernière.
