The food and management were great. We had a 730 reservation, however someone was placed next to us less than 1 foot apart. The manager quickly accommodated us being that we wanted to be socially distant. Trevor our 1st waiter was great, as well. I would recommend Bisou even though seating was over booked during a pandemic.

It was extremely packed, I was inches away from the party next to me on both sides. It felt more like a night club. Wouldn’t recommend going overall like a 2.5/10

Our waiter Trevor was amazing and very helpful on assisting with ordering. However there was no social distancing and my cup had water stains on it. Too many people at tables and wait staff was pulling masks down to talk to customers. Tables were way to close together. If covid was not around I would go back but this looks like a hot spot for covid.

We requested outside dining. Upon arrival tables were close together and not separated. Waiter came over with a mask under his nose. Requested fir him to pull it up and he had a horrible attitude with the request. We sat there waiting for our drinks and the hostess and waiters continued to walk by without masks on. They could have cared less. We ended going to another restaurant that would comply with mask and social distances.

Made a reservation for my birthday dinner.
Service was terrible. We were told we had 2 min to order or we had to to go, our server and the restaurant could not have made it anymore clear that they wanted us out asap. We did not know the place closed at 9 yet we were still able to make a reservation for 830 it would have been nice to have been warned the place closed close to our reservation time. On top of making a reservation on here i also called and spoke with the hostess and was told nothing. The food was mediocre for the price and my friend even got sick from his dinner.
Our server was rude and highly unprofessional and unaccommodating for a server working at a high end restaurant. On too of all that they refused to put our orders on separate checks we were left one large check which we were told to do the math and write down/count out our own individual checks and let
Them know which person is paying for what even after the the very beginning we told them we would be on separate orders we were later told that the computer system doesn’t allow them to put people at the same table on individual orders and that they have to todo that for everyone.
I really really hate to leave poor reviews especially being someone who has worked in the food service industry knowing what it can be like but this was unacceptable, im leaving this in hopes that someone in management or the owners will read this and be able
To correct this treatment of their customers who pay so much money for good high end food and great service which was not even close to being received. Unfortunately myself and my 5 other guests do not plan to return.

The service was terrible! I usually love this restaurant, but we had to wait 30 minutes to just have a server come to our table. I had to ask the hostess for a server with a nearly empty restaurant. Once the server arrived, she was incredibly rude and made it clear she didn’t want to take our order. Our food took another 30 minutes even though we ordered starters only. My food (truffle fries) wasn’t even warm when it arrived. We asked to speak to the manager who never came by the table.

Total lack of proper COVID19 precautions. The valet opened my wife’s door with mask hanging off of one ear. The gentleman at the front door had no mask at all. Hostess had con a mask, but a waiter or manager who came up to ask us about our table took his mask off to talk to us. Our waitress and many other waiters came up to tables with mask below her nose. We sat near the restroom door and almost no patrons wore masks when walking to restrooms or entering/leaving restaurant. Music was so loud it was hard to carry on a conversation amongst the three of us at the table. If you’re Loki g for a nightclub atmosphere for a nice Sunday brunch and are not at all concerned about proper (or even any where near appropriate) COVID-19 precautions, then this is your place. It’s a shame because the food was actually quite good. Good was a solid 4 stars, but everything else was more 1 star.

The place was beyond anything I have ever experienced before noise-wise! The waiter ( Tony) tried his best but we were definitely NOT the type that goes there on Sunday!! If you are over 50 and expect fine dining stay as far away as possible! We wound up having oysters which came on two trays all jumbled up when there were three orders...sent back. There is a very limited menu and the omelets were not even warm when they arrived at the table. If you want a lively place go to Brasserie 19.

Never say never, so I’ll say, it’s highly unlikely that I’ll ever go to Bisou for food again. Drinks? Sure.

It’s way too packed in the age of covid.

Loud music. Murky lighting. It’s not a bad place, just not ever worth going again unless I’m pregaming with drinks. Servers are kind and efficient though.

I was visiting while training in town and had a date that would be meeting me later that night. The place is beautiful! Well decorated great lighting, good energy and attracts beautiful people.

I was completely taken back at how much any and all precaution with covid was totally disregarded. Being that I work in a customer facing industry with tons of interaction as well as in a restaurant I was greatly displeased with how lightly management is handling distancing and mask recommendations. I understand business is trying to get back to usual but this was highly disappointing. I am not one who has avoided all human interaction since the pandemic hit but this was blatant disregard from the moment I stepped into the front door. The bar was completely full including standing room (if even). I mention, this is wonderful for business but terrible with the spread of coronavirus.

As for my reservation they were accommodating within app to change times twice for me from 9:45-10:00-10:15 also make note that in comments I mentioned “open to bar seating.” However, when I walked in I stood there confused as to where to go at all. When greeted the hostess was dismissive in my request to actually go ahead and maintain my “seating” reservation.

I see no reason to return with how she alone treated me.

I was there for Brunch on Sunday. It is way too loud. They spoil the atmosphere with a completely wrong choice of music. The terraces across the street are much better choices. At least for brunch.

Husband 43 birthday, we had high hopes for this place. The pictures online are very inviting, but the place itself was not. No social distancing was in place. Don’t know who our actual server was because we saw at least 4 different people. The drinks were great. But the food was mediocre. We actually paid our tab and went next door to steak 48 and enjoyed the rest of our evening. We will never come back and we certainly won’t recommend it to anyone else.

I went for a weekday birthday dinner. It was also their Halloween celebration and costume party. Half of bottles of champagne! Nice energy and atmosphere, but the food was less than favorable. Drinks were good, but I could never see myself eating there twice on purpose. The truffle risotto was undercooked crab cake beignets were just okay. We ended up sending the risotto back and just ordering the burger because figured that would be difficult to mess up. But again drinks were good, ambiance was cool, and you can’t really beat $70 bottles of Veuve Cliquot.

The entire menu looked delicious, you could not go wrong with your selection; our Lamb and Flounder were prepared perfectly. Good flavors and presentation. Quantity of food for the price was not sufficient. Beautiful place and people. No social distancing of tables, nor people.

The ad Advertise that it’s 1/2 punch bowl, app and wine and bubbly but when you get there it’s not. I paid full price for everything beside the steak and lobster which was extremely small. Your customer service on the issues of the gratuity was horrible. It’s no where started on the website where you have to pay a gratuity of 20% for a party of 2. Its best to let the customer know if they are paying it than to just tell them when they get there. In my case i found out about it while paying the bill. When I ask I got the respond to let me get the manager. Someone came by and said well this is for everybody. I was like it not started anywhere so. It was removed but the server came back and said that I am sorry that my service is not up to par with the gratuity that you owe me, but he just took it off because he don’t want to deal with you. Is that how we are suppose to treat customer? If so please let me know and I will know not to spend my money at your establishments anymore.

Unfortunately there was zero social distancing. Restaurant was packed. Felt very unsafe. Patrons were not asked to wear masks so many people walking around without masks. When leaving the front door was locked causing an illegal fire hazard.

The ambiance is cool, but the waitress I had on their 2nd anniversary charged $3 for steak sauce, the half lobster was no bigger than a large crawfish tail. We ordered some happy hour bites at 6:58 and she charged us regular price! Very disappointed in HER service and the food. The drinks were decent. I don’t mind paying for a great experience, but I’m hell bent on also telling about a bad experience not worth the money. Also the tables were too close together during this pandemic. We didn’t stay once it got crowded

Greta Place for the ambiance. Only issue my party had was that for a table of 4 , it took well over 30 minutes to receive our check and when received our credit cards had multiple transactions. Instead of apologies and comps we were told to check our banks the following morning nd call back if the multiple transactions are still there.... very interesting.

The portions were extremely small and not worth the amount. I ordered scallops and shrimp and I only got two of each with about 8 pieces of roasted cauliflower.The food was mediocre, but edible. My sister ordered oysters and the waiter brought the things you typically eat with oysters before they came out. It was a small porcelain bowl with crackers, Tabasco, and two dirty forks — how delicious.

Next the waiter collected my sisters plates after she finished the oysters and dropped a fork on the ground and it scratched her leg.

Lastly, this wasn’t a big issue for me, but they do not split the bill at all..so big parties, groups of friends, etc. BEWARE.

Restaurant is not covid-friendly at all. There's no social distancing being observed and waitresses/hosts have been observed talking to customers in close proximity with their masks down.
