Sitting right on Wellington Quay, in the heart of Dublin, Bison is a slice of BBQ heaven. Ottime costine di maiale, magre e morbidissime con salsa perfettamente equilibrata fra dolce e piccante. La Birra Guinness accompagnamento perfetto, anelli di cipolla e patate fritte molto buone. Cameriere super efficiente, praticamente prendeva gli ordini, portava le bevande ed il cibo e faceva pagare il conto. Professione e gentile nonostante le mille cose da fare.

Food was bland and tasteless and far too over priced for what was received. There is the most horrendous smell of sewage in the restaurant and it’s extremely off putting . Such a disappointing experience.

Really good restaurant. Food is of a high standard, waiting staff are knowledgeable and attentive and setting is amicable. Food is on the pricey side but very tasty and good quality. We will return.

Not enough staff on unfortunately. Server forgot to put our order through initially and when realised sone if our choices were sold out. However felt for the server as she was on her own pretty much.

The food was very nice. However the waitress had forgotten to submit our order to the kitchen so we didn’t finally get our food until well over an hour after we arrived. They did give us a 20% discount for the error though.
