We’re a start-up restaurant group made up of Henderson natives and locals in pursuit of the dream to revitalize Water St. Our vision is to restore the area to its former glory by creating quality establishments that would strengthen the community. We achieve this by creating a positive company culture, providing professionally and personally fulfilling jobs, and being an active leader in our community. We chose to build bars and restaurants because historically, those are the establishments that people from all walks of life congregate at to find camaraderie, commonality, and community. We are passionate about driving that change because like many, we yearn to bring everyone together.

Terrible! Reservations made week ahead and had multiple confirmations sent back including day before. Then told we don't honor reservations by hostess when arrived. These were made from their website. Ruined plans!

I love this place! It was so cute and the service was WONDERFUL! I was a little skeptical about a biscuit based menu but all the food was delicious!

Biscuits and Bourbon had no record of our Open Table reservation; fortunately, since it was early there was plenty of seating. Excellent staff. Bourbon candied pork belly was very tasty, however, our biscuits were disappointingly small, hard, and dry and the gravy too spicy for us. Apple Arugula Salad was interesting, but the requested additional chicken was a little spicy. Smoked tri-tip average, mac and cheese different with a smoky flavor, Good French Fries were very good.

The menu is not your traditional bbq country cooking. It puts an awesome twist on the food items making them unique and tasty. The staff was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable of the menu and cooking technique. Max (server) & Nick (manager) are an asset to the establishment.

I loved the place. The food for breakfast was excellent and the service fantastic. Next I'll try their dinner menu. I'm sure it's just as good.

This is the best food and dining experience I've had in over a year. Definitely worth driving a little further to Water Street.

Thank you OpenTable! Did a random search for dinner, came across a restaurant with the name Biscuits in the title so I had to give it a try. So glad I did! Every time I am in Vegas, I make it a point of going to Yardbird for the biscuits, but I have a new ATF for Biscuits! Great varied selection of biscuits with different butters. I tried the burnt ends with pulled pork with the corn and kale sides. Portions were huge, and although there were a variety of BBQ sauces, the meats were so flavorful and juicy the sauces were not needed. There are some great BBQ places in Vegas Biscuits and Bourbon has to be on everyone’s list to try. Open table found me a place worthy of a cheat day!
