   First time here and the service was slow so we had 3 different servers helping us. All seem to be unhappy to work there and not one even smiled or even asked how our day was? Maybe I am old school but when I worked at Cactus and Milestones I always genuinely ask guests how they are? I suppose the new generation only care about tips and not really service. Had to ask for everything. The prawn spaghetti was the best but the steak and fries was not very good. The salad that came with it was the best part. The steak was chewy and tough to cut. John B is much better on steak night. If you are a teenager and want teenager service then come here. If you want genuine adult service and food then this is not the place. Overall it was like every other Earls.

   The food was horrible and the staff was even worse. Would not go back or recommend to anymore

   Quite busy eatery with a lively atmosphere. The service was slow, but they were quite friendly, and the food was worth the wait. Was my first time at Birdies but it won’t be my last. Highly recommended!

   Although many tables were available and remained available throughout our couple of hours visiting we were kept waiting a long time to be seated. Our service was ok, the person assigned to our table would come over to our table very briefly but wouldn’t wait for everyone to answer or to ask for something, they would come over so quickly and be gone again before you could blink which was kind of a frustration after the third time it happened. The main issue really though was the food, the friend chicken sandwich was really not good, it tasted so much like fish and it was over fried, the chicken was dry and shrivelled and incredibly over salted, the lemon slaw didnt taste of anything much so it was overall quite disappointing considering the high cost of such a simple meal. Wouldn’t return again by choice.

   Nice ambiance, very nice wait staff, but the food seemed a little off today. Wilted salads and lukewarm proteins. Hopefully this was just an off day…

   Fish tacos were enjoyed by others in my group. Cajun chicken sandwich must’ve been assembled cold because the slice of cheese within the sandwich wasn’t even slightly melted - still cold on the sandwich long after it arrived to the table. Side Caesar salad was good…Coffee was not good, and I’m not particular about my coffee….

   The manager was very understanding about my sisters celiac issues. Very informative about the menu. Excellent service
