   Bird Pepper was a nice experience. I will be back again . It was however very hot. Management should consider installing more AC units to accommodate their patrons. Our waitress was amazing!!!

   Food was amazing well plated and executed , as a chef I must say great menu. Music was a bit too loud and the servers could not be found. On the reservations I noted that it was my birthday, yet my friends had to remind the waitress. Other places give a complimentary slice of cake, they did not. The 20% coupon sent also was not redeemed. Overall good food experience.

   I booked a 7:30pm reservation through Open Table, which I received the confirmation for, however the reservation was not found upon my arrival. My friend arrived ahead of me around 7pm to ensure the table was secure. My friend called me around 7:15pm to inform me that the hostess told her the 7:30pm reservation could not be found. I was confused. That was the beginning of an interesting night. Upon my arrival around 7:35pm, my friend still hadn't been able to secure searing with our booking through Open Table so we waited to be seated which was around 8pm. We were placed off-center in a tight two-seat table where we could barely move around. We asked to be seated at a 4 seat table but we were told that's for 4 people. The table wasn't reserved though. We were immediately met by a waitress who poignantly informed us that we would have 1hr 30mins to eat and leave (we ended up being in there 2hr 30mins due to waiting for a replacement drink for the guava flavored margarita I ordered which was supposed to be frozen but was not frozen and very off-tasting with bits and pieces of what I'm still not sure of). I've had many frozen margaritas and I have to say that was the worst, I have never sent a drink back, and that was my first time doing that. We ordered their signature frozen rum punch which was fine. Not too strong, not too weak, it was a decent cocktail. We also ordered wings-the mango and passion inspired flavors were alright, however the wings weren't crispy and the flavour was not deep within the wings, it was like an after taste and it was just a bit bland. We then ordered the 7-cheese Mac, which we were hoping would be a star, but it was definitely lacking cheese and flavour as well, very mid, mostly noodles less cheese. Not love at first bite; for a hungry person the food was edible of course, but was it worth the pricey bill of $197, including an automatic $28 gratuity for a party of 2, definitely not. We will likely not return.

   Our waitress could not hear anything we said because the music is way too loud. Cannot hear yourself think or engage in a conversation. My entree (Jerk Chicken) was cold and I could not substitute the veggies for sweet plantains. Had to pay $10 for a side plantains. Do you know how many plantains I can buy with $10? My friend’s entree (Pasta w Salmon) was extremely hot and it took longer to be brought over. I was halfway done with my meal before her’s finally arrived. My cocktail barely tasted like alcohol and arrived with my meal vs. the appetizer. Crab cakes were lukewarm EVERYTHING was overpriced. Needless to say, I will not be returning.

   Sorry. It wasn’t good. Steak n Ehgs were horrid. Steak was well n BURNT. I ate w. someone who doesn’t know steaks. But when they saw my plate - they said ohh that burnt. Difference between burnt n medium. I wasn’t impressed at all. The service was good.

    Had the ribeye and it was one the best steaks I’ve ever had. Cooked perfectly and great taste!
