We ordered wings as an appetizer, which were very dry and definitely overcooked. The sauce was good though! For the entree, we ordered jerk chicken and rice, which both were perfectly cooked, but the chicken lacked seasoning within. We also ordered fried chicken which was he best overall. My wife ordered a blue alcoholic drink which had too much booze in it. The waitress did bring us some juice to dilute it, but it didn't help. There was one bathroom upstairs for men/women, which there was a line in the middle of the restaurant. While we were eating, there where ants everywhere flying around the table and food. We looked around and saw that near the rear basement door, there were trash cans just on the other side. Also, during the course of the meal, someone was hauling a huge trash can through the dining area and stopped short of the stairs that led back up stairs. We all agreed that we would not return to this restaurant.

I truly enjoyed everything about Bird Pepper! The food was amazing! Everything was well-seasoned, super flavorful, and large portion sizes. The mimosas kept pouring. And the service was fantastic. The staff really went above and beyond to accommodate my party, despite being late, and to make sure we had a good time…Couldn’t have prayed for a better experience. Thank you, and we will definitely be back!

I had a 8pm reservations. We were on time was never greeted at the door. We stood there waiting & waiting. The security was very friendly and said someone will be with us shortly. We were finally seated not an apology for the wait. We walked past the manager and the servers not a hello no greeting. Ordered food waited like 15-20 mins for napkins. Barely got checked on as far as if anything was needed. To get bill took a while. Had the shrimp pasta I hated it. Just not a good experience. Drink was ok. The vibe with staff very weird. I drove a distance to go there wasn’t impressed!

Great food everything came out hot and perfect well seasoned food the drinks were great too I recommend the margaritas they were on point

We had an amazing experience at Bird Pepper. We were celebrating my sister’s birthday. The ambience was incredible with a live DJ. The food was very delicious. We had the Chef’s Special, the Jerk salmon with pasta and the crab cakes. The food was seasoned perfectly. They brought out a slice of cake with a candle for my sister. It was the perfect final touch.
