The views were amazing and the drinks were tasty. The food was good as well. There was an event going on that we weren’t a part of so the service was a little slow, but they gave us happy hour pricing on our drinks even past the 6:30 cutoff so that was really nice. We would definitely go again. One quick note, they have happy hour drinks daily but the appetizers are only discounted on Monday’s.
The whole patio was in the hot sun for the first 30 minutes of brunch. Food was good. Service a little slow. Disappointed in the "view." Saw buildings and a crane. We dressed a little nicer than casual. Some folks wire shorts.
We had appetizers and drinks, the wine was a bit overpriced. Great service, quiet, sat on the patio, great view!!!
Thank you for coming to Branch & Bird, we know there are a ton of choices out there and we are thrilled you had a great experience! Please visit us on Wednesdays through the summer for 1/2 off wine and live music.
Wonderful service, food and ambiance.

Great service and a nicely diverse menu. The food was outstanding and the setting casual. A wonderful place.
If you’re looking for ambiance, this place is it. I had them for dinner on a Friday night. I want to go back for a brunch, and am hopeful the food will be better. The food is simple, but it is good. I had a burger and the beef was juicy and tender. Also loved that they had charcuterie.
needed to be finished, ready to go by a certain time and we were
cocktails were delicious but pricey
Excellent rooftop location. Perfect for our anniversary. Fit the spot as a "nice" restaurant, without necessarily pricing us out of the ability to dine. That said, the couple dining next to us was a few drinks in and a bit loud. It squelched the nice ambiance. Also, after dinner a bunch of couples went over the side of the building for more comfy seating and to watch the sunset, but it was unclear to us if we could just head over there, if we needed to pay first, etc. By the time we were sure that area was open for mingling all the seats were taken.
Our charcuterie platter was outstanding and the lemon dessert was quite fine, but the Cuban sandwich I ordered was actually quite bad. I only ate half of it at the restaurant and couldn't stomach the leftovers. It seemed like the kind of sandwich I'd order at a generic chain restaurant and that I wouldn't enjoy there either. Also, the night we were there, they were out of sweet potato fries, which is one of their side dishes. That was disappointing too.
Overall, we had bad luck being seated next to the loud-speaking, tipsy folks and that bad luck continued when we couldn't figure out how the nice seating on the side of the building worked, but I really did find the food a bit lacking. If we're ever in Fort Worth again, I expect we won't go back.
Thank you for choosing Branch & Bird! Anything less than 5 stars requires a discussion so I appreciate your detailed review of your experience. We have changed our cuban panini a bit and have taken the sweet potato fries off of the menu. The side seating on the patio and how that works is subject to change based on our capacity for the evening. I will visit with the staff to be aware of how the situation you encounter could be avoided. Thank you again.
Wow! What a view and the ambiance is wonderful. This restaurant has amazing potential but fell short. They were out of several food and drink items that were on the menu which gave us the impression that have a cash flow issue. Our waitress, Laura was great.
Thank you for choosing Branch our Summer menu launched June 1 and so unfortunately some items weren't available that last week in May as they were coming off the menu. As a leadership team we have talked about the impression this can give.
Very unique restaurant with locally sourced food. Will be back next time we are in town!
Thank you for coming to Branch & Bird, we know there are a ton of choices out there and we are thrilled you had a great experience! We look forward to your next visit to Fort Worth!
The foods are the worst ever. The view is good but whoever is the chef needs to update their foods menu and they are always out of something.
The view was amazing, as advertised, even though the weather didn't cooperate. Food was good, but the glass of wine was quite a bit shy of a healthy pour. I don't get out for girl's night often, so when I do, it's all about a good glass of wine. I was disappointed. I'd go back again for the ambiance, but I'd order a cocktail.
Thank you for choosing Branch & Bird! We suggest you come back and enjoy a bottle from our half price wine menu on Wednesdays from 5pm to 8pm during our new live music series...Wine on the Skyline. It would be a great time to enjoy a good glass of wine! As a reference, we have a strict house pour of 5 ounces, I am sorry this didn't meet your expectations but do come back!
First time there and really enjoyed the outdoor dining. Ernesto took great care of us !
Good food, great atmosphere. Cost what you would expect for the style & area. Friendly and attentive staff with a gorgeous view. Nice break from the city grind up on the 12th floor. Would definitely make another trip.
The atmosphere and food was good but the service was TERRIBLE. I’m not sure if they were understaffed but we had to ask the hostess to get our server three times. I would recommend going here for drinks because of the view, but i would not suggest a sit down dinner.
One of if not the dopest spots I’ve been too…everyone needs to check it out amazing atmosphere 👍🏾
We were there for Mother’s Day lunch-no brunch option, limited menu and no table cloth. They did not do anything special for the occasion. Service was fine. Food ok.
Thank you for your choosing Branch & Bird. if you feel so led, please give us a call at 682-785-8888 and ask for Ashley or Amy, we would really like to discuss your experience. Due to the aesthetics of our restaurant, we don't use tablecloths. Our Mother's Day Menu was the Brunch Menu, a really cool Bloody Mary Special and just for Mother's Day we hired a musician for live music. I am sorry we didn't meet/exceed your expectations for such a special day!
We went for dinner after graduation. It is located at the top of Frost Bank. We asked to eat outside but because of the unusually cold, rainy weather we could not. Inside decor was simple. We were eating late--9:00pm-- this may be why there were few other diners. Service was very good. We enjoyed the appetizers and split many of the meals for small eaters. This was no problem at all. Overall, a very nice experience.
Amazing food and incredible view! We ordered the hummus trio, steak and chimichurri flatbread, and sweet potato frites. All three were delicious and I would highly recommend. The sweet potatoes weren’t cooked very well (partly burnt), but the sauce they come with is one of the best things I’ve ever had.
Great food , waited for reservation an extra 30 min, food service very slow , many apologies from staff. Food great , view great , would give another chance
Wonderful outdoor seating with nice view of Dallas
Can’t beat the amazing view
Amazing view, amazing servers and a fresh appetizer menu that should satisfy anyone. The drinks a legit with a solid 2oz pour served by very friendly employees. We had a group of 8 and we all had a great time. We will be back!
Rooftop is amazing!!!!!! Great food and service! We will be back!
For an evening venue, this place is not good. The ambiance was similar to a cafeteria, which is really the main purpose this restaurant was meant to serve. The service was poor and the food was very overpriced. Very bad value for what you are getting. We paid $19 for a flatbread!!!
The views are fantastic. It feels like a secret spot, and I'd recommend locals check it out. But in general it still felt like a hotel restaurant. The food was kind of pricy for what it was, and the waiter wasn't very attentive considering it was a pretty quiet night there. Overall it was good, not great.
The ambiance feels like a mix between and airport and an office building lunch cafe. It does not have a fine dining feel. It all starts with a large sign advertising grab and go. Then seating feels cheap and cold. Also, the menu is sparse and wine list minimal.
I’m sure it is fine for a a quick business lunch but not a dining experience.
Great service great views
Good food but limited menu. Mostly a sandwich/salad place.
We did have problems using the parking garage. The gate would not open until we used the Help button and spoke to security. Parking is free with validation of the parking ticket by Branch and Bird. Upon leaving we had to enlist a security guard to find our car since the building elevator choices were confusing. The free parking is definitely a plus once you navigate the garage.
Vincent (apologies if I got your name wrong) and his staff were amazing. We spent a total of 6 Hrs. on the balcony on one of the couches, sipping the night away, watching the sunset and enjoying the moment. The food was incredible and the cocktails were spot on. I'd recommend this place to anyone and everyone that would listen!
Great atmosphere. The food was good. High price for food and drinks though.
Like eating in a corporate cafeteria or holiday inn express.
The food was overpriced for a lunch menu. Feel we paid for the atmosphere. Quality of food was good, toasted bread was too dry for the chicken sandwich.
Quality food and a nice set up.
I finally returned to Branch & Bird for the first time this year for a business lunch, since they originally opened. The restaurant has come a long way since then! The atmosphere is wonderful. The service was perfect. The food was also significantly better than originally. I will be back more often. Thanks to Open Table, I remembered this restaurant that is "above" the beaten path of Downtown Fort Worth.
It was nearly empty and it took 10 minutes to get seated. Service was slow & it took awhile for them to get us our drinks & refills. I think I was just an off night (even if it was a Friday night at 7pm)— I will try again because the food was good & I would like to sit on the porch on a nice warm night.
This is my 4th time and for the first to
E for lunch with friends. They like it too.
Went for brunch and the food was very bland. I do not think it's worth the money minus a nice view. Service is also slow deapite only a few tables occupied.
there were only one other occupied table in the restaurant yet the table we attempted to sit at was dirty. the hostess seated us and then nobody came by for over 15 minutes despite there being nobody in the restaurant. the hostess was hanging out with staff and didn't even try to pick up slack for the waiter even though he wasn't busy. and he walked passed us once to handle the other table and still never popped by to say hi, bring water etc. we left.
