Very good!! I would definitely recommend this to anyone!
Place was empty but still the service was horrible! Waiter apologized a lot but continued with horrible service! How can they allow that to happen? Also very dark lightning! Can’t read menu or see the food too well! I Was there once before and it was the same! Too bad!
food was not what we expected
no bread service ??
Food was subpar as was service. Was not worth cost.
Manager and staff were very friendly and attentive to our food. Best chicken and waffle sorry Yardbird. Lol. Staff sang happy birthday to my mom and even cut the cake for us and serve it.
Service was very slow and several items were put on our bill that we never received.
What a great place to eat. Outdoors was the ticket the night we were there. Covered so don’t let weather scare you. Get the cheddar biscuits with strawberry dip. You will kill your appetite but not be able to stop eating. The Hot Chicken beats anything in Nashville hands down. Not real spicy and a touch of sweetness. It’s big so you can split. It is the best in Miami for sure. Say hey to Ron the manager. Even tho he’s an MSU Spartan he’s a good guy and took care of us.
Great attentive service
I would absolutely recommend Bird & Bone!!! The restaurant is really close by to the hotel I was staying at on 43rd Street and Collins. I was here the other day, I had the Grilled Cheese with Bacon and Waffle Fries. The best!
This is my 2nd time here, came back with my son, this is our last lunch meal in Miami Florida, heading back to freezing Toronto, Canada 🇨🇦 weather ❄️😩 !!! My son had the Fried Chicken (3 large pieces) and he ate it all! I had the build your own tacos, fish, flatiron steak! All delicious!!! Both visits Natalia was my server and she remembered me from the other day and she was cheerful and friendly!
Service was average to poor. Food was slow after appetizers. There was a 5 -7 min delay between the main course plates. One plate came out undercooked and they charged us for it. They did re make which was a 10 minute delay after the other delays. $350 2 adults, 2 teenagers, 1 kid, not going back
Excellent food, generous portions, terrific servers. (Only complaint was that the lights were very dim so difficult to see the menu. But then they turned them up and the whole restaurant cheered 🤣) Fun evening
The worst service I’ve ever experienced. Tip is included so I guess our waitress didn’t care much to serve us. I will never go back and will never recommend this place.
This restaurant is highly recommended. The food was wonderful and the service was great.
Food was amazing - mashed potatoes were A+
Horrible service and poor food
Very good fried chicken!
Terrible service! Took 40 minutes just to get our appetizer. The food was awful and our server never asked how things were.
Great chicken but Our food arrived very late.
Dined on the patio again for the Breakfast Buffet. Everything was delicious. Hot items were served hot and cold were cold. My wife had a made to order omelette which she said was fantastic. Our server Melissa was very attentive and kept our glasses filled. This was our best experience here yet.
Dined outside for late lunch. Chicken salad sandwich on croissant was outstanding. Once we were served the service was outstanding from veteran server. Younger server seemed more inclined to clean table than wait on newly seated customers.
We dined outside and had the breakfast buffet, which is outstanding. My wife had a prepared to order veggie omelet which she she really liked. Everything on the buffet was of very high quality and great selection. A very nice selection of breads, cheeses, meats, etc. The only thing I would give a slight ding to would be to the lack of warmth on the mixed whole potatoes, otherwise everything was good. This is one of the best hotel restaurants on the beach I have read. As to the service, the hotel was only 60% occupied, so they seemed surprised by the amount of foot traffic in restaurant today. However, Natalie was awesome and provided outstanding service even with all the tables she had to serve.
Very friendly service and food is delicious
Awesome meal and service! In a great location too.
Food was okay. Service was slow even though they were not very busy. Loud music. Wouldn’t come back.
Restaurant appeared to be short-staffed. Waited for someone to appear to seat us. Waited for a waitress. Food was good but overpriced. Wine list was not impressive for the value - appeared to be a big markup. Bottles we had were $69. They listed for $19.99 online. Martini was ‘upcharged’ due to request for blue cheese olives. Waitress was great but appeared to be stretched. Expensive night for a mediocre experience.
This place has died
Service was outstanding however the food (I ordered the Salmon) was average. My first drink was not mixed so at first I thought it tasted like water but once I stirred it, it was great! The manager was very attentive and checked on us and made sure my next drink was PERFECT. I will go back and try their brunch but I wasn’t blown away by their dinner options.
We went for the Sunday brunch, and I’m sorry to say the menu was disappointing. I think the point of brunch is to be able to dabble into a variety of food (breakfast and lunch). The menu instead offered a few choices overall, and they were either breakfast or lunch. I ordered a watermelon based smoothy that was really gritty and watered down. I then ordered the fig and berry toast. The “toast” was a thick and dry style bread that was not toasted. The cream cheese and drizzled honey was sparse, so it was just a very dry and unpleasant meal. The grits I ordered next (side dish) were tasty, but they only come plain with cheese. This is a missed opportunity to add variety to the menu (add different grits topping options). The atmosphere is nice and the staff was friendly and attentive. My friend’s sandwich and waffle fries meal was definitely a better choice overall.
Love the place
Amazing meal! Recommend the jars appetizer and s’mores dessert.
Decided to try this place since it was local to my nearby hotel and I liked the menu options. I was quickly greeted and seated upon arrival and to my surprise the restaurant was pretty much empty so no complaints here. My server was super helpful in helping me decide what to chose which ultimately was their signature hot chicken. He was able to swap out the bread for a waffle instead which I really appreciated. This dish is enough for two people really, chicken was very favorable with a hint of spice, waffle was one of the best I’ve ever had, I could taste the cornbread and the ambiance was romantic. I would visit again when I’m back in the area.
Dishes are so large you can really share. We took most of our home for brunch the next day.
VERY GOOD FOOD. BIG SIZES ARE GOOD FOR SHARING. PRICEY BUT WORTH IT.
The chicken was great and the portions are really large. But service is very, very slow, no one ever came by to see if we needed anything (water refills) or take additional drink orders. If you're not pressed for time, the food is great.
This is the best place and restaurant customer service 100% he was a perfect birthday dinner congratulation this place
The food for 1 it is really for 3 people. Too much quantity and very low quality. The salmon with risotto, the risotto was too salty. The pork had industrialized barbecue on top! Took really to long to come. My wife didn’t touch its dish! I had a quarter of the pork... it was so bad that the manager didn’t charge us! I would prefer paying and have a good diner instead of like it was. Last, but not least, there was a door every time it was opened it came a cold wind from outside. A restaurant can’t have a door like that!!
The place was dead!
Food nothing special AT ALL. Burger bland. Fried chicken just okay.
buffet brunch selection was limited and they had run out of several items at 12:30. high priced for what was offered. very noisy
