Here at Birchwood we only serve dishes & cocktails that are fresh & flavourful. Our specialty salads are made with fresh ingredients locally grown at Cornwall's largest indoor vertical farm, ZipGrow Inc.

Don't expect fast food. Our intimate and warm atmosphere was created for you to enjoy a cocktail and an appetizer while our chefs create a masterpiece from scratch. Everything on the menu is made in house, including our sensationally decadent ice cream.

In order to offer you the most authentic Birchwood experience, we are unable to accommodate modifications or substitutions. We kindly ask that you respect our menu and allow us to serve you our recipes as they were intended to be enjoyed.

Food was great as usual However, noise level was so loud it ruined the entire meal - unfortunately the loud patrons were not addressed by the staff despite 3 complaints made. This is an ongoing issue at this restaurant and the 3rd time I have experienced it.

Wonderful service , food was well portioned on value. Nice variety on menu to choose from . Went with cocktails, oysters and seabass, and chocolate mousse. Could not find fault in any everything tasted fresh from the sea and quality outstanding in other elements . The only issue was there was a large group that were loud and makes it hard to hear anything when communicating at a table of two. But will return .

Birchwood is a great place to eat 100% of the time. Business outing or date night, this is an excellent restaurant with well trained staff and a top notch chef.

Great quality ingredients and flavourful dishes. The gnocchi was very good but will maybe add some branzino to it next time! The grilled chicken sandwich was fabulous and a fabulous value!

It was our first experience at Birchwood restaurant and we loved everything about it. The food was absolutely delicious, service was great and the atmosphere was so pleasant. We will definitely be back and highly recommend it.

I had the Gnochi and wild mushroom which was very good. The herbs were great in the dish. Glad I finally tried the resto, I will be back!

Likely the best fine dining option in Cornwall. Extensive menu. Excellent cocktail options. Great wine list, but only 1 white and 1 red by the glass, which really don't serve the menu well. Small space, so reservations recommended even on week nights.

The food is excellent. We've been at the restaurant many times and the quality never changes. Service matches the food. Treat yourself!
