On August 15, Birch welcomes Chef Nando Chang of Miami’s Itamae for a collaboration with Chef Kyle Knall. Together, they’ll create a dynamic tasting menu that blends Nando’s vibrant, Nikkei-inspired seafood with Birch’s wood-fired, seasonal cooking. Expect bold flavors, pristine ingredients, and unexpected pairings—all served in Birch’s warm, intimate space. This is a rare opportunity to experience two distinct culinary voices coming together for an unforgettable night.

On August 16, Chef Nando Chang returns to Birch for a special takeover of the Chef’s Counter, showcasing a pop-up inspired by his newest concept, AO. Rooted in Nikkei cuisine with a modern edge, AO highlights Nando’s refined approach to raw and fire-kissed seafood, drawing from Japanese and Peruvian traditions. This intimate experience offers a front-row seat to his precise technique and bold, elegant flavors—served course by course, directly from the chef. Two seatings, one night only, limited seats, and not to be missed.
