Delightful food, service, and atmosphere. I went here for a going away dinner and I’m so sad I haven’t made it out here sooner. I hope to be back when I come back to town!

We had a great early Father’s Day dinner. We chose the tasting menu. Loved all the courses, but the spinach pasta sauce was over seasoned (too salty). That said, enjoyed the experience and look forward to future visits.

From start to finish, each dish was amazing. Unique flavors, top notch presentation, and delicious seasonal offerings. Cocktails were delicious and unique. Went for my birthday, which I stated at time of reservation, and they went above and beyond to make it special. One of my top three meals ever.

Love this place! It’s our favorite Milwaukee restaurant. The food is creative and outstanding without being too uppity. The service especially sets this place apart. The team works well together—everyone is attentive without being over the top. They’ve even created some special moments that have warmed my heart long after a visit. Highly recommend.

Food was excellent. Unfortunately the service did not match. Slow service diminished the experience. Ordered two bottles of wine that took 10+ minutes to deliver. The red bottle came out after we already started eating our entrees. The point of ordering the bottle was to enjoy with the food. Wine was kept at serving station. Our glasses were frequently empty waiting for a refill. Overall the dinner took nearly 2.5 hours, we were the last table. This wasn’t our intention. Sent a private message to the restaurant with no response.

Inviting dining room with large windows that brings the outdoors in. The food was inventive and interesting. We greatly enjoyed some dishes, but others were a little lacking in the attention to preparation.

Birch was real good before, it is really great now. You can feel the difference here, from service to the food. In that, the small details matter. I know I am in a great place when you are enjoying the food more than worried about the price. You feel the value over cost.
