Fabulous inventive courses as always. I was a bit disappointed that they changed the coursing options from our last visit back in Sep, but they were delicious all the same. We're looking forward to see what Chef Binkley does with the new restaurant. One recommendation for the new location is to please increase the restroom space. A single restroom results in ppl standing in line in the hall, which isn't comfortable for anyone.

Had an amazing meal and beautiful service. Rarely do you dine out and feel like you've tried something extremely special. The whole dinner experience is so unique that it makes for an exciting dinner from start to finish.

They never cease to amaze. Excellent Tasting menu also took the wine pairing. Nothing like seeing gastronomical gourmet inventions from the ever creative Binkley. Ended up with about 15 courses but all were small size and worked well. The wagyu beef which is an add on price all well worth it. The start amusues ,especially the peanut mint soup were all great and blended very well with the entire meal. The staff is exceptional, making sure of your dietary needs, very professional ,always explaining every dish you get and very attentive to your needs. This is a special occasion place that is well worth it.

It's Binkley's--what can I say? We were there for their final special-event dinner before closing for good. Everything tomatoes, and boy, it didn't disappoint. It was probably my sixth time to Binkley's, and I'm amazed every time. I hope that his new venture is just as delicious and memorable, but I know it's going to be hard to beat. Cave Creek will miss you, Kevin!

This was my second visit to Binkley's and I am sorry to say that it will be my last. The first time we ate there several years ago we were amazed by the quality ingredients, special in-between flavorings, and overall delicacy of the entrees. It definitely rated as one of my most memorable experiences. This time; however, was much different. The format has changed where we were no longer given choices for our menu selection and the items chosen were not elegant or different from a "regular" dining experience. We chose the Petite menu, and after sampling those items, I am glad we did not spend more for the larger tasting menu. The quality of the food was below average, and we were even unable to eat the pork item served as it was covered in sauce and very bitter. This was so disappointing as we saved to be able to enjoy this special opportunity before Binkley's closes at their current location.

New menu with very little choices. We like the previous menu much better. The food is still excellent but if you do not care for what is offered, your only choice is to leave and find another place, so check it online before you book. Used to receive a lot of small but very tasty 'add-on', not anymore. And the new price is likely to discourage our sponsor from the industry. Clearly miss the original Binkley but the food is still excellent.

We celebrated my birthday and it was a wonderful experience (like the time before). This time we went with a different glass of wine for each of the courses - I would not do this again. I like a certain kind of wine (nothing sweetish, like most of the American wines are), so next time I will choose a wine according to my taste and stick to it.

Binkley's has been a long-time restaurant on my wishlist of places to experience. Any other given week, the cost is prohibitive to actually getting to dine there. Restaurant week coincided nicely with the celebration of a personal life event which meant I finally got to cross this restaurant off my list. The service was second only to the food. And the food? Multiple courses, each small enough to be able to enjoy the sparkling presentation and flavors within, meant that the experience was deliciously drawn out - much to my enjoyment. I opted for the foie gras addition. I've not made a better ordering choice before in my lifetime. Exquisite. I highly recommend a visit to Binkley's while you still can - I've heard they will be closing the Cave Creek doors for good this summer. Bon Appetit!

My husband and I had a beautiful dinner at Binkley's for restaurant week. The food was out of this world and the service was excellent. It was such a memorable meal that really pleased the foodies in us. Highly recommended!

By far the best dining experience you will have in the entire state of Arizona. A meal that we will never forget. Staff goes far and beyond and what's coming out of the kitchen will blow your mind.

We had a wonderful dinner at Binkleys with 4 of our friends. The restaurant week menu was delicious and interesting with lots of fun courses. The cuisine is always so creative and such a great way to try new foods. I liked best the 'fried okra with ranch foam' and the delicious 'slow cooked whey-fed pork'. We had good service and a wonderful evening.

We had a wonderful birthday celebration at Binkley's. As usual the food and service were out of this world wonderful. One of the nice things about Binkley's is that you have an opportunity to try many different dishes without feeling "stuffed" at the end of the evening. Left on my own, I would most likely never order okra in any form but after our most recent dinner I have a new appreciation for okra. We will miss Binkley's when it leaves Cave Creek next month. Don

Went for restaurant week. Felt like I walked into a Napa restaurant. Multiple delicious courses. Paid $25 supplement for the foie gras preparation which was underwhelming. I hate salmon but, boy, was it delicious here. Final tab was $200 for 2 people + one cocktail each + supplement. I'm sad to see them leave the original location. Will make it a point to go to the downtown location once it changes from Bink's to Binkley's.

Was lucky enough to have reservations during Phoenix Restaurant Week. They were offering a 10-course tasting menu for $44, which was a great value. I added on the foie gras and the wagyu upgrades, which brought the total up over $100. The food was modern, tasty, well-presented, but if you are a foodie, there is nothing you haven't seen before. A good example was the foie gras three ways: a foie mousse with vanilla tomato, a tiny slider of terrine with caramelized onions on a brioche roll that was 1 inch diameter, and a truffle made with foie and cocoa butter filled with "foie milk." The food wasn't nearly as rare as the level of thoughtfulness put into service. The servers were attentive without being intrusive. There ended up being 12 courses when you count the final candies and the homemade, puffed rice treat, packaged "for the drive home." They even called the next day to thank me. It was a great dining experience.

My favorite fine dining restaurant in AZ. The amuse bouches which come with the meals are always very creative and tasty. There were 6 amuse bouches and a digestif with the AZ restaurant week menu. It can be a very good deal to go for AZ restaurant but we ended up spending about the same as we have in the past because we supplemented with cocktails, wine pairings, and an extra course, but it really was worth it. The foie gras course was wonderful!! Service was very good from the moment we walked in the door, ie., attentive servers who were accommodating and the time between each of the courses was appropriate. I received courtesy phone calls for a gentle reminder of the reservation before hand and thank you afterward. The excellent food and service makes for a really lovely dining experience. Binkley's is at the top on my list of recommended restaurants.

I think it was our fourth visit over the years. More theater than eatery but great just for that. A cynical visitor of ours from Britian now a convert. 20 plates, yet no big belly. Staff eager to explain. We closed the place and started at 7:30. Well paced meal. More surprises than Halloween!

Binkley's can always be counted on for imaginative and delicious offerings. We chose the petite menu with classic wine pairings and were simply wowed by the creativity of preparation, AND the quality of service. We can't wait to dine in Kevin and Amy Binkley's new format restaurant opening soon (please hurry!) in Phoenix...it will be well worth the drive.

and had to see Binkley's before it closes down in Cave Creek. We sat outside, it was a wonderful evening, quiet, something we did not assume is possible in Cave Creek. Neither food nor drink is a give away but certainly worth every penny we spent on it. I think we should come again rather soon .....

We decided on one last meal at Binkley's before it was closed and consolidated with Bink's Midtown. The menu format was already changed, which was an initial disappointment. However, this was by far the best and most cohesive meal we have had at Binkley's. Each dish was flavorful, unique, and beautiful. I couldn't imagine a better way to end Binkley's. We eagerly await the transition to Bink's Midtown and continuing on this culinary journey with Chef Binkley. Thank you for one of the best meals we have ever had.

Binkley's was simply amazing. the best dining experience of our lives. I had just asked my girlfriend to marry me (she said yes!) and we had the most special dinner ever, an experience we will always treasure. GM Joshua, Master Waiter Angus, Rob the Sommelier and the entire Binkley's staff were impeccable and helped make our special night memorable! We can't thank everyone enough. The meals were exquisite and every dish and wine pairing was perfectly executed.

The food was exquisite. The chef selects the menu and every dish was an event. This dinner was one of the best of my life. I actually liked it better than Per Se and other similar restaurants in NYC, Paris etc. it was an amazing experience.

An annual splurge when a New York friend comes to town - showing her that all Arizonians are not living on tacos and burgers. As usual the food, service and ambience were magical. We so enjoyed our evening and that's what it is - an evening, not just a meal. We felt the up charge for the beef was excessive and not well marked, but we determined not to let a bit of money spoil our wonderful evening.

Binkleys was recommended by a local friend and it did not disappoint. The service was excellent; everyone was friendly and informative. The food experience was outstanding - so many creative tastes and presentations. It was one of the best dining experiences we have had in recent years.
