   The music sucked. There are plenty of decent steaming systems for modern music. Tina Turner’s “What’s love got to do with it?” would have been a nice recycling touch, along with Celine, Lightfoot, et al. A mix of classical would be even better. Try Spotify. Your over-amped background reminded me of the local Cactus Club’s obnoxious noise.

   Loved the corn chicken burger! Service was somewhat slow for how slow the restaurant was. Would definitely return. Parking was somewhat challenging to find off of the main roads (which is very pricey).

   Last evening was a very hot one so when we went at 5:00 pm there were only patio tables in the sun available at first, but then the staff were good about moving us to shadier table when it became available. Although the main menu offerings are burgers, there are salads that we enjoy which is why we went back there after our performance of The Legend of Georgia McBride at the Stanley. Forgot to ask for the discount for theatre goers again! I tried the lettuce wraps this time and was very disappointed. Didn't like the texture of the meat, it was too highly spiced, and lettuce leaves looked fresh but were a bit tough. Glad to see the Zero% cocktails on the menu! That's what we prefer these days. Recommending removing the lettuce wraps from the menu and adding a new salad, Cobb for example.

    I was using an open table cheque and it was a problem. They didn’t wat to accept it until I showed accompanying letter. I was then told that cheques can only be redeemed for 140 days after issuance. I have cheques not used from 202# and was never told there was an expiration date. Please advise

    We've been to the Granville St. location at least a dozen times and the service has always been top-notch. It's a lively and friendly place to enjoy a really great casual meal. The menu is predominantly burgers however, they really have expanded their non-burger options, which is very smart. I've enjoyed the salads offered. We will be trying their new location in Burnaby soon. Thanks again for a great evening!

    Our visit to Bin4 Granville was just normal, but "normal" at Bin4 is way above our experiences at other similar restaurants. We have been eating there since opening, sitting in most locations (both inside and out), sampling almost everything off the menu while enjoying the excellent service. Love those monthly specials! We plan to continue eating there for years to come.

    Bin 4 Burger Lounge is a great spot for lunch/dinner. They have a simple but great menu consisting of burgers & salads and both choices are excellent. They also have a great selection of cocktails & wine. Food & drinks reasonably priced as well. I have always had awesome service.

    We came here for burgers for my brothers birthday and they were delicious! I absolutely adored how I could upgrade my side to deep fried pickles. The portion was great! They had beautiful cocktails too. I will definitely be back soon.

    Bin 4 is one of our family's favourite restaurants. We came to celebrate a birthday. The hamburgers were good, the server was great. We were disappointed to find out that they had changed their French fries. The new ones tasted like a fast food restaurant. Normally, fries wouldn't matter that much at a restaurant, but this is a gourmet burger place, so fries do matter :) We were disappointed the previous time we visited because they no longer have the house made ketchup. Quality has gone down since we first started going to Bin 4.

    We were there for my daughter’s birthday and indicated this when making the reservation. It would have been nice to have the server mention it but he was very friendly and obviously had no idea. The food was good, as usual, and we all enjoyed our meals. We were very thankful for the plexiglass partitions as it made conversation possible, but when 2 very large parties came in, the noise was excessive and we chose to go elsewhere for dessert.

    We've been to this location a couple of times now pre-theatre. I am celiac and the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful regarding food allergies. The kitchen has also been very accommodating on all of our visits. Quality ingredients used (the meat is just delish!) and the hardest thing is choosing what to have, there is so much selection on the menu!

    Bin here twice now and this is great pre-show place to grab a bite. So many tempting choices: Lay It Banh Mi, the Breakfast club, or my big fat greek (lamb) burger but we ordered the “Black & blue” and the “Wild mushroom” with fries and house salad respectively. Premium beef patty is very moist and I didn’t need extra 1/2 lb top-up. They didn’t skimp on the blue cheese or mushrooms but both of burger bottoms were slightly soggy. Not sure how the chipotle or truffle aioli is layered or whether something needed to coat the bun from seepage. Complimentary house chips are nice touch. Overall, enjoyed tasty burgers and friendly service to refuel our senses and sensibilities.

    Some of the food was quite good. The Big Dipper burger was phenomenal. The Pre-season Favorite burger was not nearly as good. The onion rings were good. The deep fried pickles had too much seasoning and were powdery to the bite. Most of the fries seemed overcooked, so hard to say. The service was good. The ambience was meh. The value was meh. The burgers were quite small, unfortunately. You would need more than one to fill you up and they are not not cheap, so...

    Perfect to arrive at 5 before heading to the Stanley Theatre. Happy Hour beverages and great service from Jesse. Delicious salad and my husband had the tofu burger.
