Burger, fries and dips were all top notch. It was so great to be able to work around allergies. They are very accommodating.

Soda machine was down which was unfortunate. Restaurant is a bit dark and no sunshade on one of the doors. Maybe think of putting some sort of film on the door as it’s quite blinding when the sun sets. Good food otherwise.

Our Great waitress made it fun. Food was really tasty. We were fortunate to hit happy hour so it was good value. Ambience- A little austere and chilly. Prefer the Granville St location in that department.

Our server Mel was good and friendly. She came each time someone arrived, to get their drink order. A host and the manager brought out our food. The burgers were filling and good presentation. Each burger looked great! We were not rushed to get out, after paying. Reservation was easy to make and change. The staff accommodated the last second change upon arrival. Highly recommend for good burgers

Thank you, Bin 4 Burnaby crew . They were so amazingly considerate to reach out to me because I was stuck at work and they wanted to make sure I was OK and still be joining them for my booking. Tinna was amazing as usual, she was considerate, attentive, and so very hospitable. Five stars!

We made a reservation, came 10min early, and were seated right away. We sat at a cozy, hidden table by the emergency exit where we felt a draft. We were served quickly and the food (Heritage burger, Big Spenny burger) came out fast, fresh and hot. The fries have been changed for a thicker cut since our last visit. Everything tasted great and we highly recommend the truffle aioli. Our server was attentive despite our tucked-away seating and even gave us a fresh truffle aioli dip to take away with our leftover fries. We recommend this place as a casual date spot.
