Long time customer, came with out of town guests after a Notre Dame football game. Food was delicious as always, wine selection excellent. A perennial favorite, I will definitely be back for the food, drink, and atmosphere.
Food, wine and service were great. However, the music was so loud that we could not have a pleasant conversation at our table.
We came after ND game. The server was slow to get back to our table after we realized it was wine and limited beers. After a long wait to order the server was pushing the fights per person, it felt uncomfortable. Lastly when I wanted ketchup for my burger it took forever for her to get back to us with the condiments. The food was really good we liked the deviled eggs with oysters and the impossible burger was good. We like ketchup on all of our burgers. We were disappointed in Bin23, last time. My friend said brunch was good here.
Great wine selection! I’d definitely recommend it and will be returning.
We were seated right away and our server was friendly. Sadly, that is about all I can say was good about our experience. We were at the restaurant for over two hours. Our pizzas all came out cold and had to be sent back. Having spent $40+for just my order which was two drinks, pizza, and tip, I left disappointed as did the rest of our party.
Really good food, nice place, good service - but the wine list was very pedestrian for a wine bar. We tried two 4-glass flights and didn’t particularly enjoy any of the supermarket-level wines. There appeared to be a good selection in the wine retail section of the restaurant, so I’d recommend buying a bottle there to go with your meal. The deviled eggs with fried oysters were an inspiration!
Got in right away. Waitress helped us immediately, wine came quick and good didn’t take long either.
Great appetizers. Loved our meal. Nice atmosphere too. We will be back!
Bin 23 Great ambiance, food, and service. Nice place to go with friends.
Good for flatbread and wine. Avoid outdoor dining in PM. LOTS of mosquitos and flies.. we had to move inside
Always great. Our server was great!
Our server Jimmy came with great spirit, hustle and apologies fir any delay. He was great!
We enjoyed the outside table, wine and food which was very good. The separate wine area and restaurant itself is beautiful.
The menu, though limited, has enough choices. The drink menu is wine snd limited beer so if you want a cocktail this isn’t your place.
We were fairly disappointed with our visit. We returned because we had had such a nice time the last time we were there. This visit: the service was very slow. Our waitress was quite pleasant, but I think she was way overloaded with tables and did not keep up. The wait time on food was incredibly slow...we were told they were short staffed in kitchen. There were three things unavailable on the menu...after we ordered. The food was fair, but certainly not worth the expense. The one shining item was the Froze. Quite tasty, but again...rather expensive for a night out.
Loved the pizza. Meatballs were fantastic as usual, but the sauce was a little too spicy. Didn’t care much for the dessert (chocolate brownie sundae with raspberries). The wine was really good. I love dining here but I stick with the pizza, tried the spaghetti once and it was so so. Place was dead on a Saturday evening. Hope business picks up.
Our food was pretty good but for the price not more that what you would expect. Our waitress was nice but our service was incredibly slow, 15 minutes for a drink order, an hour for the food to arrive. The food was not good enough to compensate for the service.
Grrrrrreat experience! I will definitely be back for more.
We were seated promptly, we loved the deviled eggs with fried oysters appetizer. We split a 12 inch pizza which was excellent, and split a salad which was plenty for us. They could work on the acoustics a bit, a little sound deadening would go a long way.
The wine was very good, we enjoyed the custom wine flights. Good service. A very enjoyable evening.
We were one of 3 tables and we still where there for almost 2 hours. The food was okay but I wouldn’t say worth the price
Great food, though service was slow less than attentive
May try this restaurant again. Glass of wine was extremely high...$15.
Bin 23 is one of my favorites in the area. I love the wine flights, service, and food!
The food was mediocre and service was very slow taken we first arrived.
Service was great but food was very over seasoned.
First time at Bin 23, and we will be back! It's a nice little place with an excellent collection of wine and interesting foods -- a break from the usual "fried everthing." Try it -- you will love it if you have good taste!
I took my dad to brunch for fathers day and was very happy with the experience. Delicious and unique menu was served in a stylish but comfortable environment. I thought the service was just right; attentive but not rushed. High quality for the price, I will be back again.
The baked meatball appetizer was flavorful and delicious. The margarita pizza had a delicious flavor, but arrived at the table pretty cold. Not sure how long it sat before they brought it out, but it must’ve been quite a while. Unfortunate and unacceptable.
Lovely place but food came out barely warm.
After being sat, we waited 10 minutes and never had a server stop by or greet us. We left.
This was my first time going to Bin 23 and it really was amazing! The main reason my friend and I went there was for the bottomless mimosas they have on Sundays (I believe Saturdays as well) but they were so reasonably priced which was nice because you would think a bottomless drink would be a bit pricey. The food was good as well (a bit more expensive for some options but good quality so that makes sense). I got the Chorizo biscuits and gravy and the only complaints I have are that the biscuits were a little crispy and there wasn't as much meat in it as I thought there would be, but the flavor made up for both of those things. It also came with some breakfast potatoes which were yummy especially dipped in the gravy.
The decor and overall atmosphere was very open and inviting. The walls are decorated with the different wines they sell and then behind the bar/counter you can see them making the drinks and they also have a brick oven for their pizzas which I bet are delicious. My friend and I agreed that we have to go back soon to try their pizza and their wine flights they have! 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone looking a nice, classy brunch/dinner spot.
It took us 20 mins to get drinks and another hour 15 mins to get our food.
Not enough staff. Waited a long time for food then lukewarm:(
One our go-to places now. Pizza is delicious, wine selection is outstanding, friendly staff with a great vibe.
Such great service!! The bottomless mimosas were delicious and are definitely a weekend brunch staple. Definitely would recommend and will be back soon!
Tonya has been our server many times and is always an awesome, fun loving server with great food and wine suggestions! Food is always excellent and the atmosphere is fantastic !
Food was excellent and the server was very knowledgeable about the wines
Always good service and food. Very friendly and attentive staff.
Nice concept, lacking in execution. For a wine themed restaurant the server was clueless in etiquette. A struggle to open the bottles and a full glass pour, no taste first. Same with a more expensive bottle from the wine store a straight up pour into the decanter. Apps were decent and came out relatively quick. Main course was forever, waitress stated she didn’t like how the pizzas looked and reordered them. All good except for the guy who ordered the salmon that sat under a heat lamp. When the pizzas came out the cauliflower crust was pretty good the margarita looked like a pita with a smear of sauce and a sprinkle of cheese. I ate a slice took it home and threw it out. This was the remake... I can only imagine the first one. Waitress disappeared forever... came in wearing a sweatshirt said she had to go out for a minute. Overall not real impressed. Probably won’t try it again. And this came highly recommended to us by a friend.
I loved the deviled eggs with fried oysters! We enjoyed the woodfire oven pizzas and burgers. Of course, the wine was amazing!
The food was too cold - Apparently set too long before it was brought to the table.
