Sat in the outdoor heated patio, it was a little cold but I was still able to eat safely outside during winter which was great! The staff was so so nice and really enjoyable
Service was pleasant and food was good.
Waitress was great
Good food and service.
Had brunch at the bar - good food, good convo, good music, great service!
Favorite neighborhood restaurant!
Great experience ! Cool atmosphere , great server and even better food. Can’t wait to return.
Very accommodating! We sat outside in the alley way which was warm with the large outside heaters and the roof they must have added. Our waitress was fantastic, food was excellent and my friends and I felt comfortable and safe! We will be back again for the beef stew and fried pickles yum!
Amazing time, Superb customer service, Outstanding food. Good drinks. The Biltmore Bar & Grill We'll back & We'll definitely recommend it time & time again ...
We had Sunday brunch on the patio. It had heater so it was comfortable enough. The area was enclosed so can't say it felt any safer than indoor dining. They let us spend a lot of time at our table which was nice.
This is a great neighborhood place, everything is good. I had a big plate of standard breakfast fare, very filling and a bloody Mary.
You won't be impressed but you also won't be disappointed.
Always great and the staff is very friendly and accommodating, and the service is great!
Would go again! As long as outdoor seating available
We dined inside for the first time since March. The staff, Jenna and Katie, went out of their way to ensure we felt comfortable and safe. We can highly recommend the fried shrimp dinner, 6 large butterfly shrimp nicely fried served with cole slaw. Also the steak and cheese sandwich. This sandwich will easily compete with the best of a Philly cheesesteak. And of course the Biltmore burger with waffle fries is A+. Nice draft beer list. Restaurant also has nice outdoor seating. We look forward to returning.
Biltmore has two outside dining patios. One, immediately behind, is charming and spacious. The other, next to the restaurant in the alley is small and dim. We were a family of 4 at a table for 2, stuffed into a dark corner. Really disappointing given the different experiences/locations. Food was slow, items were forgotten/missing. We were looking forward to the Biltmore but will likely skip in the future.
Excellent all around.
We would return for the food as that was excellent. Unfortunately, as others have mentioned, the service was slow and it wasn't packed. We saw the other server more than we saw our server. Trivia was fun and helped to pass the very long wait.
Table was ready on time and well-spaced in this time of CoronaCircus. Waitress was very attentive and patient while learning of one diner's acute food allergies. A great place to get together with friends for a meal and some adult beverages.
Service was very friendly and attentive. Kitchen was a little slow due to having only cook on duty, but food was great. Outdoor patio is lovely, but the awning was broken and would not extend, so the sun was quite strong for the shade-lovers.
Food was really good. The service was great. Although our waitress, Jenna, was very busy, she made all efforts to make us as happy and comfortable as possible. Would come back again just to be waited on by her! Great meal, great service, great night!
Always very pleasant and consistently good. Love their al fresco dining.
outdoor dining - warm night so no heater needed. service was friendly. food not so great - veggies overcooked, steak tips tough.
We were seated in the alley outside. The bartender (I regret I forget her name) was our waitress. She was very attentive, even putting a little more Rosemary simple in my cocktail when my wife mentioned I liked rosemary.
The food was great
We were seated outside so it was quiet and nice. The service was good, but we did have to ask a few times for napkins and silverware. the food was tasty and overall a good experience.
Nice! It’s a great vibe
Wonderful out door dining area. Our server was very attentive and they have a new chef. Excellent informal neighborhood spot.
Great out-of-door dining seating available. We recommend Table 11 or 20 but they all are nice and socially distanced. We enjoyed the Biltmore burger with waffle fries (best burgers around) and the hot pastrami sandwich with vegetable side. Both were yummy. Draft beer selection is mainly local and varied. Highly recommend. You won't be disappointed by the food or the friendly (and masked) welcome.
Seth was an excellent waiter and beverage manager. When they were out of an ingredient for a drink I ordered. He offered to make something of my choice and asked if I like a particular flavor. I suggested a particular in addition and he had a great martini made of them with other faves! Seth was very polite, down to earth, fun and interesting. Food was very good and interesting choices! Can’t wait to go back!
Love the Biltmore and cannot recommend highly enough for a casual meal outside. The chef and staff are incredible. Special shout-out to Jenna! She takes such good care of everyone!!
Biltmore has reopened and it is just a great as it was before the pandemic. We both had the Biltmore burger on greens (skipped the roll) one with their yummy waffle fries and one with steamed broccoli. We enjoyed the Goose Island IPA and a Kölsch.
We sat outside in the alley patio. It was very pleasant, we felt very safe and well taken care of.
We are semi-regulars and were welcomed back by the manager, Katie, and our server, Jen.
We highly recommend the food (their burgers are the BEST), the service, and Table 20. We're glad they are open and we'll be back!
The Biltmore Bar & Grill offers a great selection of delicious food, including both comfort food, such as burgers, as well as a growing selection of creative healthy options like their hummus plate or summer salad (my favorite!). Their new chef Jamie really turned the menu around and is now also preparing a changing variety of homemade desserts that make your mouth water.
Besides the fantastic meal choices, their bartender Seth takes care of a seasonally changing selection of cocktails or you can take your pick from their beer or wine lists.
Next to their food & drink though, my favorite thing about the Biltmore is their staff. Both their new management as well as the service team are extremely friendly, accommodating, and super helpful when you have questions or are asking for recommendations. They create a wonderfully welcoming atmosphere and make every visit memorable.
Make sure to also check out their Facebook page for events! They have done a great job adjusting to covid-19 requirements, offer indoor and (lots of) outdoor seating options, and have started bringing their events back. Those include Taco Tuesdays, Trivia Night, Cocktail Classes with Seth, and Live Music Events.
I couldn't be happier that the Biltmore Bar & Grill is open again and under such a great new management!
For 29 dollar steak tips that I ordered medium rare, they came well done and very much positive they weren’t tips. Maybe 4 individual pieces of meat. The entire meal was fries. Very disappointed
Great outdoor night at the Biltmore
Food was wonderful and service safe and attentive. Music from a local trio
Jukebox 45 was very cool and enjoyable while dining. Tables were reasonably spaced and the entire experience was a very fresh relief from isolation. Hope to come again to hear this trio
Always loved the Biltmore, dropped in for a casual dinner with some buds. Great beer list, cool apps and menu options, and service was top notch. I really can’t wait to get in there and eat at the bar, but it looks like it’ll be a while... sadly.
Courtney was great!!! Let us stay right up until closing time.
Glad you're back, we've missed you. Thank you Jenna!!!
The Biltmore clearly is trying to make this bar more vegetarian friendly, but if the falafel burger is representative of the rest of their veggie dishes, I wouldn't suggest them. The falafel burger was huge which meant the interior was "muziki shy" and the crispness of the smaller falafel which was what I was imagining was lost. I think putting the small round falafell in a pita or a hoagie bun and serving the tsaziki on the side (on the burger, it merely made the bun soggy). It would have been a better dish. I applaud their effort to serve more veggie dishes. I would suggest having a vegetarian chef to consult.
The ambiance is very nice although I would suggest the music be a little less loud, especially in the restaurant area. But even with the music louder than I'd like, we could talk fairly easily.
You don't go to the Biltmore usually to eat healthy. But you can! They have a new really delicious trout dish. Wow, it was good.
I have been to the Biltmore many, many times over the years and always enjoy it.
Food was excellent, server was most accomadating with my special requests
Great burger. Great service. Comfortable ambiance. We had a great time.
