Our waiter, Alexander, was extremely informative and helpful with our dinner selections. But first! What a great location! What great ambiance! We loved the 'old saloon' vibe; the decorations were so fun. We never thought to try this Resturant and don't know why. Definitely going back!

Food is delicious, but portion sizes seem lacking per the price point - my date and I left the place hungry after with a $120 tab - had to go to another restaurant for more food.

Date night with the hubby is always excellent at Billy Can Can. Ceviche was outstanding as were the steak, brussels, and potatoes. Highly recommend.

Great atmosphere dim lighting very nice for a couple’s night out. Parking was kinda hard due to lack of knowledge of where to park but it was easy. I had a pork chop that was cool to perfection and juicy like Lucy my girlfriend had a burger which she never eats burgers so it was a surprise that she actually loved it. All in all everything was good one thing is I’m a drinker and I know when my drink had been watered down ijs. But I’ll be back no doubt.

We were slightly delayed in being seated however, we were kept well informed! They offered a table in the bar area and brought out some deviled eggs- DELISH for us to enjoy. Our table had an open window which was so nice due to weather and gave us the best of inside and outside. All good was tasty and done perfectly from the beef cheeks to catch of the day to a po’ boy! I also recommend the passion fruit cocktail! Thanks a great night out and fab dinner!

The Wagyu Beef Cheeks are probably the best thing I’ve ever had in my life. They melt in your mouth. Highly recommend.

Billy Can Can is always a great experience! The ambiance that the decor and giant saloon bar create set the tone for a wonderful meal. Enjoyed the #Serve Somebody cocktail along with the Crispy Oyster Sliders and skillet of cornbread. Butcher’s Steak Frites, Wagyu Beef Cheeks and bacon Brussels Sprouts were all perfectly executed and pleasing. Stellar service in place made for a seedless flow of our visit.

Had a great time! We did go for my boyfriends birthday and there was no birthday dessert or any real acknowledgement which was disappointing but it was a great experience otherwise.

I had an absolute steller night! Between the super fast and attentive service and having a fairy godmother at the table across from ours, i could t have asked for a better night! I know Devin (fairy godmother) isn’t a regular, but if she every contacts y’all again i she knows how special she really mad my night! Starting with a round of drinks, to all three birthday desserts, and a heartfelt gift card at the end of the night, she didn’t know it, but i needed that. I can’t wait to pass forward the generosity I and my group received from her tonight, and y’all facilitated it! THANK YOU!

The service was incredible and such a friendly staff. I've always loved their caesar salad and quail. They are amazing and sooo delicious. I love the cheese crisp that went with the caesar salad. The quail is so crispy and had a great dipping sauce. Their chili was also delicious. Who would think Billy Can Can would have fantastic chili!! Worth going to and patio dining was fun because it was shaded and the wind was perfect air conditioning. LOL. I always take our out of town guests here for dinner

Creative, High-End "Texan" food. Exquisitely prepared, great flavors.

We had been here about 18months ago, but this visit was more memorable. Food was AMAZING, and the service from Zack was exemplary. When we received the bill, the night got even better, outstanding value for money. Billy Can Can has moved into one of our top 3 restaurants.

I strongly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for fantastic food in Dallas downtown area.

Great place to eat before an event at the AAC. Wonderful food and drinks. Definitely order the cornbread it is yummy.

The food was good and the waiter was very attentive. I've never had a waiter so attentive.

We went for Restaurant Week and our experience for the most part was top notch. Our server was the only aspect that was not top notch but all of our issues were quickly resolved by management! We had EVERYTHING on the Restaurant Week menu AND some items off the daily offerings menu. Everything for the most part was very flavorful and wonderfully plated. Some highlights were the Charred Okra, Long-Bone Pork Chop, Summer Succotash, Apple & Jalapeño Crisp, and the Gold Rush! We will certainly be back to visit.

We went to BCC to celebrate my birthday. Xander was an exceptional server who navigated our family style order perfectly. The dueling sausages was great, and the fried quail added to a perfect starting course. The Caesar and heirloom tomato salad were so good from there. The pork chop, KC strip, and wild boar lasagna also were so spot on as entrees. The banana pudding and PB&G finished off the meal perfectly. BCC is the best!!!
