   Unusual, but very slow service Broken door, freezing cold and not that impressed from a place a visit regularly.

   Absolutely lovely experience with lovely service and a birthday surprise dessert and Prosecco as it was my birthday ! Very quick service and smiles from all the staff

   Regents customers at bills southampton and booked a table days in advanced for a birthday meal . After 60 minutes at our table we were asked to vacate and sit in the bar area. We declined as we had only just received our dessert menu . Fortunately the waiter sorted out other seating arrangements and we were able to continue our sitting. I feel this was an unacceptable request from the manager of the team and ruined our experience

   Another great meal at Bills. Good variety of choices on menu to suit the various needs of my party of 8. Staff quick to help and always friendly. Overall excellent as usual.

   Me and my daughter had a lovely early dinner here on Friday night the host and our server were so helpful and made sure we were well taken care off - definitely be back!

   Given it was NYE night, the service was impeccable and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Even when feeling awkward about another friend arriving they were more than happy to help and make us feel comfortable. Food was quick and delicious and espresso martinis were really good. Perfectly balanced. It was the perfect start to our NYE celebrations! Thank you
