Every Bill Granger’s restaurant reflects the spirit we like to think of as ‘Australian’: sunny, easy-going and generous.

Bill opened his first restaurant in Sydney’s Darlinghurst in 1993. It soon became loved for its legendary breakfasts, served at the famous central communal table, where locals and travellers, families and friends, continue to be welcomed. I usually love the food here but the salmon salad was super oily and tasteless at the same time. The fish curry was good but also lacked flavour. Wine was excellent and so was the service and vibe. Just the food was a massive let down and not worth the price.

Excellent food! Great vibe. Service was a challenge. It wasn’t crowded and it took over an hour to get our food. When it came, it was delicious.

We were a group of 7 hungry adult swimmers booked for dinner. Service and food was impeccable. Great drink options too. Value for money. We will be back :)

Fantastic foodi and dining experience tonight at bills at Bondi Beach. The food was so fresh and beautifully presented on the plate. Such tasty, amazing fish curry and crispy salmon fish. Our wait staff were brilliant, especially Axel who was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. We will be back !
