Standard fare, well prepared, and slightly above average quality. My guest had the salmon and was pleased.
I had penne which was only average and therefore overpriced (it's pasta, and tomatoe sauce, my italian uncle used to make it from scratch..you don't need a chef for this, only fresh, top grade tomatoes and pasta, therefore the "overpriced ")
Atmosphere superb..no loud obtrusive rock music. Instead, two guitarists playing easy listening (and dining) music. High commendation for this!
Great and attentive service from Mark..yet not cloying or annoyingly frequent.

Vraiment chaque fois à la hauteur de nos attentes. Service courtois et professionel, bonne cuisine, ambiance chic, on y revient souvent car ils restent consistant, nous n'avons pas eu de mauvaises surprises à ce jour. Menu bien élaboré, viandes poissons, il y en a pour tous les gouts, la carte des vins est interessante, ils sont bien adaptés pour servir les clients vegan ou ayant une allergie alimentaire, comme pour ceux qui suivent une diète sans gluten. De plus ils ont une section restaurant style semi gastro dans un decor stylisé, ou encore une section bar avec soit un choix de tabouret haut au comptoir ou des tables basses avec fauteuils ou sofa, pour les soirs ou l'on prefere une ambiance plus decontractée. Que ce soit dans l'une ou l'autre des deux sections, ils servent le meme menu.
Il n'est pas necessaire d'etre client a l'hotel pour y aller et c'est une belle valeur sure parmis les restaurants du west island. De plus le stationnement interieur est gratuit pour 4h. Pas besoin d'occasion speciale, allez y pour vous faire plaisir.
We told the person seating us that we wanted a quiet table as this was a business meeting. The person still elected to seat us where the music was most noticeable. I know it was late, but the we could have been given a different choice as the restaurant was almost empty. Food was good and service quick, but no reason to seat us in that spot.
Nourriture excellente. J'ai eu les linguinis aux fruits de mer qui furent bien goûteux et une portion plus que généreuse. En apéro, une sangria très originale de par sa présentation et toute à fait exquise ! Quoi demander de mieux. J'ai apprécié la vue du côté bar, alors que tu côté salle à manger, un peu moins intéressant si l'on regarde par les fenêtres ! Mais somme toute, un endroit à retenir pour une sortie entre amies !!!
Wonderful food and great service. My wife and I had 3 courses and a few glasses of wine from their ample menu. We discovred that 3 of their 9 oz glasses are less expensive than ordering a full bottle. The server was excellent and attentive without being annoying.
I am a Marriott Gold Elite member and have eaten or stayed at Marriott properties for over 25 years, including 5-star properties such as the Champs d'Elysee (Paris), Times Square (NY) and Long Wharf (Boston).
Having enjoyed pleasant meals at this airport-adjacent property years ago, I decided to renew ,y acquaintance with it and to bring my family together for a special birthday meal. Unfortunately, the meal was extremely disappointing.
a) The Club Sandwich comprised processed meat, unheard of for a top-notch restaurant (overpriced).
b) The Caesar Salad with chicken was extremely dull in taste and in presentation (overpriced).
c) A pasta dish (child) was served in a cheap plastic bowl with no garnishing and a presentation that would be suitable for a Kraft macaroni dinner (overpriced).
d) A half bottle of wine was extremely overpriced.
The cache of our previous experience was missing, obviously, and I would highly recommend that the management bring its menu up to the standards expected of a Marriott property.
We decided to dine here as we were staying at the Marriott before an early morning flight. We were very surprised to find the restaurant had a very nice atmosphere as well as friendly service, and very well prepared food. We look forward to dining here again the next time we stay at the Marriott.
Excellent table d'hote (fixed price menu) with very nice wine pairings. A la carte menu options were very nice too. Very nicely plated, and waiter was attentive. My only quibble - price is $$$ but this is typical for hotel restaurants where markups are higher - they have more of a captive audience.
The buffet was not good not worth the money.
1) The roast beef was cold.
2) The lid from the soap did not stay up and the soap spilled all over the table.
3) The waiter was not attentive to my needs.
4) Will still come back to this restaurant and tell my friends to come too.
5 I felt rushed to finish eating a leave.
6) I have been eating at this restaurant since it opened to public many years ago.
Nice place to meet for business, excellent service, but deceptive and ordinary food, insipid in general, bread was cold and from yesterday or past, cournouaille chicken half cooked, blood near the bone, cooked vegetables hard to chew etc. Too bad, this place has a super potential to be a 5 fork/star restaurant.
