Great neighbourhood bistro. Always has a buzzing atmosphere. Staff were excelllent despite working under pressure of new Covid restrictions and early closing time.

Wonderful early dinner to celebrate. 50th birthday. Seated just before 4pm we were offered both the lunch/brunch menu and the evening dinner menu. Waitress was amazing Argentinian-Italian young women who got the balance of informal service perfectly. Food was outstanding and the atmosphere though early in the evening was elegant and cosy.

What we love about Bijou - aside from the delicious food and flawless service - is their consistency. You always have the confidence that you’re going to have a really great dining experience. And of course John was there running a tight ship and making sure everything flowed. Thank you for helping us really get into the Christmas spirit.

Our main was very nice but I was very disappointed with the desert. I ordered the apple tart and with this they served cream from a can. I would assume that a restaurant such as Bijou would provide fresh cream.

First time in Bijou and it was lovely. Food was very tasty and good portion size

I really like the room and the staff were great and very efficient but the food wasn’t good. My avocado and poached eggs were watery and bland. I was disappointed because I had visited here previously and the food was much better.

Great meal in Bijou last Sunday with family. Excellent meal and the staff were wonderful and attentative.

It was great to be back there for a decent meal.

Probably one of the best food I had in Dublin ! Delicious fresh fish and desserts ! The chocolate fondant was just unbelievable !

I found egg shells in one of the drink, informed the waitress, she thanked me for informing without any sort of apology.

Still, the food was exquisite & will come back for it !

Just had a lovely festive lunch at Bijou with a small group of friends. Food was delicious, service excellent and all covid protocols followed. We would definitely recommend and will be back!

Gorgeous food and very helpful and hard working staff. We had a great family get to together. Wines are excellent but pricey. I recommend this place if you are splashing out. However the music is too loud and fast and not suitable for older members of the family. In that case go early and midweek

Lovely food and friendly service but everything was a little too efficient. Felt rushed into ordering and were half way through pre-dinner cocktails when the starter and wine arrived. Would have been nice to be allowed to take our time.

Delicious Sunday set lunch with friends. Lovely food, excellent service!

Food was amazing, staff were very helpful, maybe a little quick to take dishes and glasses as we had to say we weren’t finished. Overall a delightful night, staff organised a happy birthday plate for my partner which I didn’t even have to ask for! A Christmassy, fancy and cosy night out. Really lovely place!

Had the trout and ice cream sundae, hubby had fillet steak and all delish. Lovely friendly waitress and covid regulations adhered to.
Would be good if they brought back the early bird menu.
