   There was no experience. It wasn't open! Didn't know that until we got there. Not happy.

   Big Whiskey’s was closed! Hand written note on the front door from the manager saying they are closed. No reason given. That totally sucks we weren’t given an heads up. Just a a group of us from work looking for happy hour on a Friday evening. I suspect they probably lost their liqueur license...

   The service was very slow. This may have been understandable if it was busy, but there were like 5-6 tables occupied and a few people at the bar. They had a good menu. Our group did enjoy drinks and appetizers. We asked the waitress twice to change the station. It was never done. Someone in our group eventually went to the bar and asked.

   This was my first time visiting. I went here because there was an event going on. The atmosphere is so so. Kinda plain not what I expected for a bar. We had 2 servers since 1 was training. Both servers were excellent. They even offered us a free dessert since this was our first time visiting. Now to get to the food. We came for Happy Hr and they had something called Triple Dip. It’s nachos with 3 different dips. I loved it! This is something you for sure have to try. I then got a Grilled Chicken wrap that had spinach dip on it. It came with seasoned fries.That was very good also. My mom got the chicken wings. Not one drop of grease so we thought they were back but they’re fried. The wings were also very good. Overall the food is good and especially when it’s happy hr but I think the decor could be better overall.

   Service wasn’t very good, took 18 minutes to get the server to come back for the bill just to name one. In addition, we made a reservation through Open Table and found out that it was cancelled why I haven’t the slightest idea. Nevertheless, I got my credit. Probably will not go back but don’t let that stop you from trying the place.

   Excellent food and service. We will go back to enjoy this place again. Family area is available and separate from the bar area. Really had a good time.

   The food was excellent unfortunately the service needs to improve. Hopefully it’s growing pains because we all enjoyed our food. The restaurant was not crowded but lunch took 2 hours. Granted we were a party of 9 but being in hospitality, we can tell kitchen issues from service issues. The food took a long time and came out unevenly... ironically the salads eaters had to wait. I typically don’t fault a server when kitchens are slow (it always seems like kitchens have more issues in not busy restaurants than busy) but Sam (while friendly) was largely absent when she wasn’t running food. Beverages remained largely un-refilled (and unnoticed). I really hope they work out their service kinks because the food was very tasty and it’s convenient to or office.

    I like this place. We have been several times, and it is consistently tasty and pleasant. Service is average. Atmosphere is entertaining. The pulled pork quesadilla is delicious. It's too bad there aren't perks for locals or frequent diners.
