  A Gose is traditional Berliner Weiss with the addition of French sea salt. It is fermented with 100% Lacto Delbrueckii. Pale yellow, tart, and refreshing

• American Pale Ale 5.0% ABV, 45 IBU

  Our first Big Slide brew, this American-style pale ale, brewed with all American ingredients, features Centennial and Falconer's Flight hops layered over a distinctive malt backbone

• Big Slide I.P.A. 7.0% ABV, 70 Ibu

  American-style I.P.A, this is a big, slightly piney brew in tribute to both the 27th High Peak and our ski jumps, which rise high above the trees. Here's to the heights!

• Imperial Smoked Porter 8.6% ABV, 40 IBU

  This higher alcohol version of a brown porter brewed with an addition of lightly smoked German malt and aged for 6 months. Bold aromas of sweet caramel and flavors of bittersweet chocolate balance out this beers distinctive smoke character

• Raspberry Wheat 5.3% ABV, 13 IBU

  German style Hefeweizen fermented with Weistenstephan yeast & 30 pounds of raspberry puree added towards the end of fermentation. Slightly cloudy with high carbonation

• Belgian Session IPA 4.0% ABV, 42 IBU

  Easy drinking, low alcohol IPA featuring American Falconer's Flight hops & Belgian Westmalle yeast

• English Amber I.P.A. 5.9% ABV, 63 IBU

  A malt forward IPA featuring Amarillo hops & fermented with London Yeast. Two Crystal malts & an addition of rye malt creates a dry, slightly sweet malt backbone

• English Brown Porter 4.3% ABV, 31 IBU

  Traditional Porter with Chocolate and Dark Crystal Malt balanced with Willamette Hops

• Herbed Amber Ale, 5.7% ABV, 27 IBU

  American Amber Ale brewed with 1 lb. of fresh local herb. Eight varieties including lavender, savory & basil, added at the end of the boil to balance out the sweetness of the malt
