   While we LOVE Bug Daddy’s and it’s a frequent stop in our rotation last night perhaps just wasn’t their night. Our reservation was specifically noted that it was a birthday, for both my wife and son. They were born the same day!! We also let the hostess know. Nothing was said nor done by the staff or waitress, sadly. We were not looking for free meals or desserts, just a candle or perhaps a mention while we ordered dessert. Asking constantly for refills of water, soft drinks etc becomes annoying. Food last night was subpar, which is very unusual for Big Daddy’s. Something was just off. Yes it was Saturday night. Staff was super busy but that, in my opinion, still doesn’t excuse lax service. Of course, we still love them, but we hope this trend doesn’t continue!

   Been coming to Big Daddy's for years, never disappoints. Food is consistently excellent, as is the staff.

   The only complaint is that Seafood Etoufee should be over white rice and not butter grits, and the crawfish was frozen, not fresh.

   Parking is difficult to find. The noise level was terrible. The food was good but poorly presented. And what’s with a service charge in top of a tip in top of a charge for using a credit card? I won’t be back.

   We have been going to this place for over 25 years and it was always fun and food amazing. Recently it has gone down hill. We had 8 oclock reervation and was seated at 9 with no apologies at all. The hostess’s all three of them were young dimwits who didnt know what was going on. Finally seated and were told they ran out of bread and two of the appetizers that we planned on ordering…Our dinners shrimp and grits and jambalaya both not up to par compared to how they used to be. The wine pour was half a small glass…we will not return for a long time until they get their act back together.. Not that we care but what happened to the band and beads at the end of the meal….especially during Mardi Gras week…

    Amazing restaurant that has been killing it for years. Had a two person music ensemble that started the night off amazingly. Our waitress Sue was great, drink recommendation was incredible. Food was insane !!! Cannot wait to return again !!! Could eat here every night !!!!
