   We were seated promptly, service and food were great! It was wonderful since we had not been for awhile - we have had take out and not been entirely satisfied so this was truly a pleasure.

   The food was great. The waitress was nice, but not attentive. Didn’t check on us and didn’t notice when we wanted the check. Floor wasn’t the cleanest, but better than the last time I was there.

   It’s been awhile since I’ve been here and oh man I didn’t know how much I missed it. I had the shrimp pad Thai and it tasted so fresh and flavorful. Nice big portion and they didn’t skimp on the shrimp.

   I normally love the chicken pad Thai here but For Some reason it didn’t taste good at all . My husband who is not at all picky disliked it as well. I asked for a birthday candle dessert when I made these reservations and it was never followed through with which was disappointing. Why even bother asking in open table any special requests then?!

   Food was not as normal. We tried different things this time which could be the reason it wasn’t up to our normal expectations. Service was as usual outstanding! New gal and she did a superb job! We love Big Bowl!

    A nice restaurant to go if you want to try some Asian style meals. The amount of food was good for an individual. Staff were nice. We had to wait for about 40 minutes to get our food during busy lunch hour. Try to avoid the busy time if you don't want to wait that long.

    On a very bitter cold night, we were welcomed to a toasty back room. The service was friendly and outstanding. The food and ambiance were delicious and pleasing. The only detraction was the flickering overhead lights. Management made up for that by offering a free dessert. Overall, a very pleasant and enjoyable dining experience!

    The Big Bowl always has great food & service. They still have a Covid-19 surcharge, which in my opinion should be dropped. At this point, they might as well be upfront and raise prices like everyone else. It puts the server in a bad spot when the bill arrives and you see a 3.5% fee. This location is also very tired, and is in need of a refresh.

    We were one of the first guest in the restaurant when they opened We had to wait a long time for our food, because the watress noticed that they had made meal wrong, Otherwise food was ok and service was 9k

    Food was pretty good. Caveat. We were in on Christmas Eve. I thank anyone who will take a day that should be holiday to serve us. My parents are elderly and going out was important to them. However our server couldn’t remember a lot of the simple things we asked for.

    Our server was SO kind and helpful, best customer service experience of 2023. Food was great, we loved the ahi poke bowl. Only suggestion would be to bring back the chicken satay, it was our daughter’s favorite and she was disappointed, it was great option for kids.

    We were there for a birthday dinner. It took 30 minutes after sitting down just to get water at our table. I had to go to the front host after 48 minutes if sitting there waiting to ask for a new server. Unfortunately did not get a new server but ours finally came over after 53 minutes to take our food order. She never came back after or food was delivered I Had to walk up 2 times to find her to get thinks from her for our meal. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED

    The pot stickers were fair. The Asian peanut noodle appetizer was good but it should’ve been on a larger plate with pea pods on the side instead of cucumbers. The wine was very good but there was only one Chardonnay on the menu. Would have liked happy hour prices but there weren’t any.
