Friendly hostess,took your temperature before seating you.Waiter/bartender was informative of inquired items on the menus and poured a good cocktail for $7. Food was a great value as I couldn’t finish the portion so took it home in a nice “to go container.” Not styrofoam where entree slides around in it. Peanut egg rolls excellent and ordered 2 to go. ....I will be back in February.

Always amazing food, this is not your typical Asian/Thai food place. The quality is consistent every time and of high quality. So many delicious items on the menu, something for everyone or create your own.

We came in early for dinner 5:45. Host, service and the food was great! We had chicken with yellow curry & vegetables. We love this place for date night and family night!

Food was excellent!! Delivered timely and hot. All the ingredients were fresh and perfectly prepared. Our waitress along with the manager were very attentive and were very kind. It is a great restaurant and we will definitely be back again

The food never disappoints and is always delicious. Happy to see the poke bowl back on the menu. Our server was amazing and probably the best server I’ve ever encountered. Can’t wait to come back

We love Big Bowl no matter what but our server yesterday, I don't know her name, was outstanding. It was as though she could read our minds with what we wanted or needed. Just great and also great to dine out. Love the hostess as well. I don't know her name either and I should, she's been there forever and always, always just the best. Thank you.

The staff members at the restaurant were very attentive and professional. They made sure we had the best wedding reception experience at their restaurant. The food presentation was really great. The food was wonderful tasting. I do recommend Big Bowl for any special event or occasion.

He had chicken pad tai, I had yellow curry chicken with veggies portions were large for lunch next day. We are both lettuce entertain you members and both had our birthday rewards so dinner for the two of us was just the tip!

The food, as always, is great! There was a miscommunication with our server about what to do with our leftovers, but he handled it well.

The servers were wearing masks and tables were spaced really nice. The food was excellent and it was enough for 2 meals.

We understand things are different in the age of COVID, but the limited menu was tremendously disappointing, including the removal of riced cauliflower, the only low-carb option. The rest of our food was “ok”. Very unlike our normal Big Bowl experiences over the years where it’s generally outstanding.

It was a slow time of the day, but the restaurant isn't busy because people are reticent to eat out with CoVid. I enjoyed my food and and tried a non-alcholic drink - homemade ginger ale. It was delicious. The service was excellent and friendly.

I had never been here before. My friend had.
She said the food did not taste the same at all. I noticed that the cold peanut pasta salad (this is not the formal name...) did not taste peanuty at all.

Also, service seemed slower than I would have expected.

Our server was great, she made us feel welcomed amidst the unusual Covid practices.

Our food was delayed because of take out orders. The manager offered a significant discount off our bill, which we appreciated. The food was terrific.

Been there so many times that I have lost count but the food was the worst i’ve ever had this one visit. Not how it usually is. The restaurant was beautifully run!

It was our first time back since the shutdown. The menu was smaller but we still enjoyed visiting our favorite restaurant. Can’t wait for the stir fry bar to come back! Excellent service as always!
