Booked a reservation before the Leafs game ... first time there and it did not disappoint.
We had the Big Schit and the Fish & Chips ... both were really good.
Truthfully I could've ordered anything off the menu :)
Service was fantastic... Manager also checked on us.
Its a good restaurant with good ambiance. Food is also great
Server was very pleasant and not overbearing. She did check on us regularly. Food was really good. Place was not very busy or noisy so it made for a very pleasant evening with friends catching up after Covid.
I had my bday party there. It was amazing. Me and my guests had so much fun. So worth it place!
Menu changed quite a bit since last visit. No muscles, no veal schnitzel. Beer menu also no longer the nice book. Chicken schnitzel seemed over cooked but spetzle and rotkohle were good.
Service excellent Morgan was wonderful.
You can tell the $30 wings were cooked the day before and warmed up with spices and sauce. Certainly didn’t look like two pounds of wings being so small. Not acceptable as a beer establishment.
The pizza was decent and the calamari was quite good.
Over portions for the price was underwhelming.
Won't be disappointed .1st time and definitely not our last .🔥👊
Was running late due to dvp closure, but they held our table. Service was friendly and quick. Great burger and good selection of beer (but I wish they still had Hoegaarden!) Will definitely go back.
Our server was terrible. He obviously didn't want to be at work, and seemed hungover. He never really table touched. And I had to get the hostess to find him so I could pay. To which she couldn't really find him either. He also came off a little homophobic as I (a female) was with my girlfriend and he barely made eye contact with us or came near the table but only after he figured out we were together as I ordered for her. He was super chatty and fun with us at first. And as soon as I ordered for her, he stopped talking so much and became quiet. Either way, I hadn't been to this Bier Markt in 10 years and was really looking forward to the experience. Needless to say it was a let down, and my partner left feeling hurt by the server for judging us.
Felt very safe for indoor dining with the COVID-19 protocols followed. Good choice was amazing just made it hard to decide on just one dish. Will definitely have to return to enjoy the other options. The mixed drinks were very good and exceeded expectations.
The DJ had a fabulous play list and had all four of us singing along.
It’s still open! Take advantage of the wide beer selection while you can!
To loud to have a conversation over dinner. Made the experience less enjoyable. Service and food were great.
Great service, ambiance and dinner. Great place to have dinner before the game.
The best food at the Biermarkt is no longer on the menu. The mussels and frites were always wonderful and the main reason for going there. So probably not going back.
The service was amazing, food was just average ...the seating location was not as expected, thought we would be out and centered. Will have to think twice to come back to Bier Market.
Overall experience was good.
Great locale, love the decor. Could not get reservation for 6 pm but was not overloaded at that time. Service was spotty, our waiter got a LOT wrong, he was trying and others picked up after him. Drinks never came together, food was wrong and one of our party waited at least 7-8 minutes for fries. No onion rings, no choices for vegetarians/vegans, Aperol Spritz small but tasty and well done, just a “meh” experience all around. With all the choices nearby, we’ll pick someone else next show.
Great location if coming down for events, market, concert or hockey game. Parking close by. Food was moderately priced and good. Safe area. Nice social feel.
Great service, quick turnaround time and food and beer was outstanding.
Very dirty bathrooms and late service. They were under staffed for the most of the night.
Overpriced for medicore food, even my daughter was surprised how her mini slider doesn't even have pickles but only patty and ketchup. Service was slow and subpar, unfortunately wouldn't go again.
Food was overpriced and terrible
Great place! Our servers were lovely and the food was delicious.
Food wasn't great and the service was average. Ambience is dull too. Not very happy 😕
Great place for a larger group of friends. Amazing beer selection. Did miss the live music, but the DJ was great. Only complaint is where we were sitting the music was very loud we were yelling all night. Highly recommend the nachos to share as a big group it was giant! And calamari was delicious
Miss the old fries!
The beef tip sandwich was disappointing and lacked flavour. The market burger was good. The service was satisfactory. Unfortunately there is a construction site across the street which takes away from the patio experience.
Our server was pleasant, helpful, and professional. The primes was spotless and we enjoyed our evening.
Patio was full so we ate inside. Tables were well socially distanced. DJ music selection was old school goodness & energizing but not too loud that conversation was difficult.
Limited beer menu due to COVID which is a shame as the main reason to go, for me at least, is the beer, but still had a pleasant dinner.
Went to watch the Raptors game and recieved the only table with no views of the screen, the hostesses and servers were insanely rude and dismissive . Would never go back. We keep walking and spent about 500 at another establishment. Sorry.
Great protocols in place to feel safe amid Covid-19. Servers wore masks and very good spacing. Great service and enjoyed the visit.
Overall just 'ok'. Pretzels are way too salty, pizza wasn't great, and service seemed slow.
Went for a birthday, service was excellent
The venue was great and its a very nice place for a date night, bar hang outs or just a good time. The music was pretty weak. And the service was really slow. The waitress was nice its just the wait time to get drinks/meals or any type of service was at least 20 minute intervals. At one point I had to get up and go to the bar myself for a drink because our waitress was nowhere in sight. Overall, the Branding was great and so was the ambience. Just pack your patience.
A good meal, vibrant patio, DJ was good, nice service.
Food and drinks were delicious! Amazing service as well. My friends and I really enjoyed ourselves 10/10 would recommend!
Been to other Bier Market locations and this didn’t live up to past experience. Food was so so.
We loved the hospitality and cleanliness in the space
You can't have a table at the patio if you made a reservation. Inside the pub was very dark. The welcome was not very warm.
