The restaurant is very pretty but is packed and can get pretty loud. Service was great but there was a lot of waiting in between courses.
The food was delicious specially the mussels. The bouillabaisse was fabulous yet was dissatisfied with the portion of Ribeye steak that was maximum 4 oz for $54.! For that prize at least 8 oz!!
Filled up very fast and not as socially distanced as I would have preferred, we loved the food. Even put on our masks in between courses because we need to have dessert.
I wish the restaurant had a vaccine mandate then I would feel more comfortable being so close to other parties.
Amazing food. Great service, but restaurant way too loud.
Bicyclette is an excellent French bistro, the place to get onion soup and boulabaise among other treats. The food is of high quality and well-served in a bustling environment. A great week-day place for a late-nite meal.
Fantastic food and ambiance! Restaurant setup and decor was immaculate and can't wait to go back!
Food and service were outstanding. Noise level was much too high due to loud volume of music. The vibe of the patrons would have been enough. Also music-loud modern- does not, in my view, fit the French bistro.
Scallops were the best I’ve ever eaten. Also excellent dishes were the onion tart and the duck. Desserts were great and the baguette with butter is a must.
The perfect Birthday dinner
Emma was a fantastic waitperson and the Junior sommelier was extremely helpful. Wonderful experience.
Thank you for visiting us tonight. We so greatly appreciate your support and kind words. And we hope to see you again soon!
Everything you put in your mouth is fantastic and the service is impeccable!
Looking forward to our next visit.
Great food great service wonderful atmosphere “I’ll be back!”
The cocktails, mussels baguette and Normandie butter were excellent. I had the steak au poivre, which was small for $50.00 plus. The sauces were underwhelming and a bit pasty. My wife had the gnocchi which were bland. She described them as “glorified tater tots”. The ambiance was lively and the service was attentive. We will try it again but so far it doesn’t come close to being on par with République. 3 Stars.
Great energy in the room. Knowledgeable server. Amazing food. We loved it.

Staff and food was AMAZING!!
It took them an hour to seat us even though we had a reservation. That said, the food and service was great!
Please accept our sincere apologies for the wait you endured during your visit. That Friday was a little busier than we anticipated. We hope to see you again soon! - Chef de Cuisine Joe Garcia & General Manager Patrick Freitas
So fun and delicious with excellent service and great atmosphere!
Love the bistro food and our server was lovely and knew a lot about the wine as well.
Service is casual and attentive. This was our second time here. Food is excellent- we've tasted almost all of the menu:) the chicken was too salty otherwise all was a homerun!
Lovely time. The food was incredible. The cocktail book is perfect. Had a wonderful evening with friends
A wonderful experience. Best green salad ever! Chicken dish and Boullabaise were excellent. Highlighted by outstanding service. We’re back again next week
Excellent food and superb service. Chic atmosphere like a traditional French bistro. Music is a tad loud for full conversations, otherwise great.
I think we kind of started on the wrong foot. Asked our server for a glass of wine and he said he will send the sommelier which never came. Truly enjoyed the food and the ambience and would have been 4 or 5 stars if it wasn't for what happened at the end of dinner. They sat two customers next to our table with a "service" dog. Don't get me wrong, I love dogs and have had dogs all my life. But this dog started scratching non-stop and the server was kind of touching it. With such tight space and in an enclosed environment, I just didn't feel comfortable about this. Wish they would at least ask us if we minded having a dog sitting right at my feet.
The staff were very kind, Tevin (our server) and Christina (the sommelier) were delightful, professional and on point. The food was delicious - we had the caviar egg, the duck breast (so tender and not overcooked), oysters, and more. Everything was prepared beautifully. And we even got to sit next to the most sweet and calm service dog. How lucky were we! It was a lovely evening.
Amazing food, excellent service! Can’t wait to back. Transported straight to Paris!
A wonderful bistro with skilled cooking and exceptional service. A+.

Hands down the best restaurant I have been to in LA
We are humbled by such kind words. Thank you so much. - Chef Joe Garcia & GM Patrick Freitas
Really. Very good. Almost too good for bistro food. Could have been a bit less fussy and a tad less fancy. Great wine list. Service is impeccable. We plan to be regulars…
One on the top 10 meals of my life - but the AC was blowing hard on me so I was freezing - everyone seemed to be fine with the temp.
Thank you so much for the kind words...and please accept our apology if a jet of chilly AC affected your visit. We will look to better diffuse the flow. Looking forward to seeing you again! - Chef Joe Garcia & GM Patrick Freitas
Cute, intimate French restaurant in the old Sotto space. Their food is a more updated, fresh style to the traditional French bistro menu items. I saw many types of guests from dates, to groups, solo diners, and people of every age. Great drinks and service too!
My only complaint was the steak.
It is a very beautiful restaurant and we were treated so well
I would definitely come back
the food was excellent but supplies surprisingly limited. they ran out of sparkling water before our 7:30 pm reservation. they brought sample dessert tray to table & we ordered only to be told they were out of the desert selected. given pandemic it was surprising to have desserts brought to table and then cut up & served from display.
noise level was so high it was challenging to hear staff & converse with shared dining partners.
Incredible ambiance, delicious food. Looking forward to seeing the restaurant grow.
Its good although very tight seating, and loud.
Unending and incredible cocktails. The nicest staff in town. And hands down the best gnocchi of my life!
Brash, noisy, but lots of fun. Food was excellent, as was the service. Can't wait to return.
Thank you! Can't wait to have you back! - Chef Joe Garcia and GM Patrick Freitas
Food was absolutely delicious!
The onion soup was the best I have ever had. I look forward to a return visit!
Ambience, food, drink and friendliness and knowledge of the staff were all 100%
Amazing food, impeccable service, perfect ambience for group or date. You can even have dinner at their chic bar. You can’t miss the baguette with the Normandy butter. The butter was so incredible and the bread was fresh— we ordered two! Along with delicious oysters and the soft egg. I highly recommend the duck. The plum sauce pairs insanely well. I haven’t had this great a dinner in ages! The staff makes you feel super welcome and are engaging. I will definitely be coming back!

The food was a bit lackluster and the noise level was deafening...
