Service top notch
Great space for larger gatherings; can be a bit quiet on Thursdays, with many people still staying home due to COVID.
Met my liaison from Fendi for a late dinner at Bice , I’ve heard good things about the place and it’s close to hotel .
It was a cute spot with pretty people working and a DJ spinning loud and fun music. I had a drink at the bar before my friend came and had a conversation with the manager or owner who was very nice and professional. My drink was strong and delicious.
We ordered some buffalo mozzarella with greens and two of their wood fired personal pizzas, both of which were nice and crispy on the bottom, chewy through the middle and topped with just the right Amount of cheese, tomatoes, mushrooms. Everything was very good and we will return for sure
Really fun restaurant and great service. The food was good and the ambiance was cool. A change of pace from old school Italian restaurants for sure.
Love it, definitely will go back
Everything from the food to the service was outstanding! I brought my daughter and they went out of their way to let me know the kitchen can make something special for her in case we needed something a little more basic. I loved that! So thoughtful! Of course my daughter loved everything we ordered so we didn’t have to take them up on the offer, but it was super appreciated. The tables were spaced out, drinks were great, and overall a wonderful experience. We’ll definitely be back.
I could have rated it higher but website misleading no DJ on Saturday night .. It’s really why we booked the venue for a birthday ..Especially Saturday night
Worst dinner I have ever had in NYC. Food was terrible. Buca de beppo is a gem compared to this
Manager was very warm, gave us a big table for just the two of us. He ended up serving us because no waiter came over to assist but apologized by giving us free drinks, very nice. Food was great but light on the truffles for $78 pasta. We liked that there was a DJ but the playlist wasn’t great and it was too loud. But the kinks can be worked out, as it’s a new place.
Good food fast service accommodating staff energetic environment
Overpriced for the food and service you get. The staff was in a hurry to get us finish and release the table even though they were just moderately busy. Not once did they fill our wine glasses even though we spent over $500 on wines - nor did the staff come to check on how things were going and how the food was etc. Didn't get the experience we were expecting from a very high-priced restaurant.
The service was excellent , the food very good flavorful and right sized portions. Overall a very delightful experience would recommend to a friend
Food wasn't worth the price. The lobster salad was the only decent thing we tasted that night, and we had 2 entrees and 2 desserts also. Music was club level loud, didn't exactly work for a romantic date night out. Don't know if there was something wrong with the bar's fountain machine but a simple Jack and Coke didn't taste like Jack or Coke. (And we tried ordering it twice thinking...) Overall, wasn't worth the inflated price tag.
10 of entered this beautiful restaurant and fell in love. Everything was absolutely fantastic and the food is delicious!
What a night! We ordered many dishes so we could sample a bit of everything and I can’t say there was even one that disappointed. Very attentive staff, a gracious owner and a lovely evening all around.
Not the quality of then midtown spot with the same name. Kind of a cross between an Olive Garden and a Houlihans.
Music was too loud! Servers looked like they’d just come back from Washington Square Park scoring some H. Nothing at all like midtown sister restaurant. Gone by Spring if things don’t change!
Dear anonymous, the fact that you cannot own who you are and just leave a review like this one, make me wonder if you did visit us. I assure you most people love what we do, and we WILL be here in the spring. I am also blessed to have the staff that is here working with me. I am the owner of Bice Restaurant Group, and my heart and the heart of all my staff is here every day in Soho. If you could not feel that or see it, we are just not the restaurant for you. Blessings to you.
We booked a reservation on the night before Halloween. What they failed to tell us was that they were hosting a Halloween party that night. So, when we walked into the restaurant it had been transformed into a disco with loud dance music blasting at full volume. That said, the food was very good. And the service was attentive, despite the fact that the waiters had to wade through a sea of drunken revelers.
Food was great- especially the bread.
Very relaxing- excellent service.
We had a delicious meal, and the owner was very gracious and inviting and made us feel at home.
Overall a really great experience
I came here to celebrate my husband birthday and we had a great time. We’ll definitely be back.
Birthday dinner the owner and staff were fantastic. The best birthday dinner I’ve ever had. The food was absolutely delicious and drinks were perfect. I can’t wait to go back
We stumbled on Bice Cucina Soho after a not-so-nice host at a trendy restaurant across the street made fun of me and my family looking for a decent place to have dinner without reservation. We went to Bice Cucina Soho and the experience couldn't be more delightful. From the host, to our amazing waiter, the food, ambiance and the music! We have a great time. Highly recommended.
Good vibe and atmosphere. Very courteous and friendly service and management was hands on for all the dinner guests to both welcome and answer questions. Only thing to suggest is closing the partition doors to minimize noise from the Soho traffic! Otherwise, impressive first visit and would definitely return
Beautiful restaurant, great service, delicious food, great place to celebrate a birthday!
Authentic and delicious food with an ambiance that makes you feel like you are in Italia. Grazie Raffaelle!
The food was delicious and service was superb. If you are looking for a place that is COVID conscious this is not it. They did not check for Covid vax and servers not wearing masks. We stayed as we were able to sit at outside table.
Amazing restaurant. The food was delicious, the ambiance was stunning, and the service was perfect. Everyone was so nice and we had the best time.
Will definitely visit again.
Attentive friendly service and great food. I will return.
Amazing food, atmosphere, waiter and owner. Go and thank me later!
One of the best italian in ny now in SOHO!!!! Very good food, wine list, great service, magic italian atmosphere! Thanks a lot!
Thank you dear Leopardo! Raffaele
Great place! Service was fantastic and food was amazing. Perfect experience and will definitely return next time we are in NYC
The restaurant is beautiful with excellent food and great service. We enjoyed the small plates which were perfect for sharing and the pastas, all homemade, was out of this world! We had tiramisu which was so fresh and delicious.
Loved everything about the restaurant. Will definitely go back.
