Our server, Ben-Hur, made our evening so much more than just a great meal. He was attentive and even brought the kids lemonade, which was wonderful. His humor, wit, knowledge of the menu and our dietary issues made for a memorable night. What a great New York experience!

We’ve been going to this restaurant since it was Bistro Milano and have always loved it. Hopefully it’s just a Covid stuff and they’ll be back

Bice Cucina never fails to create the total package--service, food, ambiance--so glad that they survived the mixed dysfunctional messages coming out of the mayor's and governor's offices--the owners and staff deserve a big thank you.

EXCELLENT ON ALL COUNTS WHETHER A RELAXING OR BUSINESS LUNCH OR DINNER. STAFF ARE EXCEPTIONAL TO GO ALONG WITH THE GREAT FOOD.

Always good food and their new price fix 3 course dinner is an excellent value. Enjoyed talking with my favorite server Ben and Peter the manager.

Disorganized, the wait staff changed multiple times resulting in inconsistency of timing regarding food service, ie we had a 1/2 hour wait from the time salad plates were removed to dinner being served, food not ordered was attempted to be served to us (multiple times), some food (asparagus with egg) was over cooked to the point of sending it back. Entree was over cooked (scaloppine) which we chose to eat vs waiting again. The waiter was very apologetic. We have always loved Bice in Naples Florida however NYC’s restaurant is definitely going thru some reopening challenges. I would recommend giving them some training time.
