Food and service was excellent we will definitely be back!
Great family dinner. Food never disappoints. Nice cocktail and wine list. It also has a great children’s menu with options that include the usual kids fare as well as selections that encourage branching out a little. It’s so nice to be able to take our kids to a nice restaurant and have them happy too.
Everything was excellent but there was no acknowledgement that it was my birthday which i indicated on the reservation. That was disappointing.
Bibi’z is one of our favorite restaurants !
We have had many family functions in their private room and it is one of our “ go to” restaurants when going out with friends.
The service was a little off but not enough to affect our dinning experience.
The small plates are my favorite things to order and have made a meal out of just that !
The chicken kabobs were outstanding and I had enough to take home for a generous lunch the next day for my wife & I to share.
Love this place! Food & service are great!
Love this place!
A perfect Sunday brunch to celebrate a birthday. We all enjoyed our food and dessert was delicious. Good value, nice ambiance and quiet
Food was good and served without delay. Soon after order placed. The downside was service being very slow particularly when checking how the food was after it was served. Also, though no fault of the restaurant, parking is very limited in public lots. Had to park three blocks away
Every dining experience at Bibiz restaurant is fantastic!
EXCELLENT!!! I had such an amazing time. I am gluten and dairy free and the menu had so much offer. Great service, and the food is sooo good. Wish they had more champagne options and desserts that are both gluten and dairy free. Otherwise, I am looking forward to coming back.
We went to the Sunday Brunch on 2/9. The menu was very nice and the food was tasty and had some interesting ingredients. For $23 you get to pick an appetizer and an entree. All 3 of us orderd the eggs benedict, which we each ordered a different accompanyment...smoked salmon, beef bacon and turkey bacon. The accompanying home fries were delicious, tender and flavorful with sauteed red/green peppers.
I have a few negatives about our experience. When we sat down, the odor of cleaning products was strong (possibly bleach...or pine sol), plus the music was quite loud, but that seemed to quiet down about half an hour into our brunch. After the "water server" asked if we wanted tap or bottled water, we said "tap water". He then came out and said that there was no tap water (water main shut off on the street). So, he asked if we wanted Voss water. We always drink water during our meals, so we said "yes," After I reviewed the bill, I noticed we were charged $8 for the bottle of water, which is $1 more expensive than the bellinis! I don't think we should have been charged for this because it was not possible to get tap water to drink.
Our waiter was extremely nice and efficient. If the restaurant could address the issues I mentioned above, it would greatly improve the brunch experience for patrons in the future.
Food was very good and the portion size was good. Server was friendly and knowledgable. Surprising that on a Saturday evening, the were very empty in the dining room.
Kind people and good food. Will go back. Good value at lunch with plenty of options.
Went for a birthday for my fiancé who has celiacs and it was so nice to have options and not worry
Had a wonderful Birthday dinner with my husband!! Very happy!!
We loved the idea of this restaurant because we needed a Celiac safe restaurant and they supposedly offer gluten free and avoid cross contamination. Unfortunately, we tried 3 times and every time was a fail. While I believe they are very careful about gluten/allergens, the service is unbelievably poor, the food does not taste very good, and it is way overpriced. There is never enough waitstaff. The food is inconsistent and either comes out over or undercooked. Most recently, our server looked as if she had the flu. For the prices they charge, the service and food should meet some basic expectations. Again, we really wanted this to work and gave it several tries. We just won’t waste our time or money again.
Our first time here and we had a lovely evening. Service and food were good. I had the monkfish special and my husband had the salmon. All ingredients were fresh and they try hard to accommodate every type of food preference.
We went for a birthday dinner in a group of six people. The food, service, and ambience were great. Would definitely continue going there.
We were a party of 9 and the food was excellent. service was superb. I am gluten free so this was a perfect fit for me
Disappointed. You have gluten free food without gluten free bread. Not okay
This was a last minute outing to Bibi'z and we were happy to get a 7:30 reservation on a
Saturday. That last minute availability should have been our first clue about what was to come. Despite having a reservation, we were escorted to a table in an undesirable location that had to be set, while at least half of the tables were vacant and already set. When we asked for something else we were put at a cozy booth which was much nicer. Once we settled in we were greeted with very obtrusive service by the wait staff. After several pesty interruptions, we placed our orders and appetizers came. Entrees came shortly after that, while 2 members of our foursome were only halfway through their salads. I managed to scoop my salad onto my entree plate. My friend was not as fortunate as her plate was quickly whisked away into the kitchen. That aside, I will say the food was good. Most of the staff seemed to be really clueless about the nuances of quality service. The most glaring example of this being, while I was still finishing my dinner, the other three plates were taken away, dessert menus brought to the table and our server was offering coffee and dessert to the other three guests. My friend finally explained to her that they would be waiting for me to finish my dinner. Everyone was pleasant, but even the staff seemed frustrated at their own lack of training. This felt more like being at a diner for quick bite than out for a Saturday night dinner. Won't be rushing back any time soon.
I liked the relaxed feel of this place – like a comfortable dining room in a friends home. I definitely would return to try more dishes. Service was well-timed and friendly, wines were affordable.
The food here is always great! We had to move tables because the couch seating was too short, but we were accommodated quickly and had a great evening!
Dined with out of town friends on a Sunday night to accommodate their schedule. The woman who seated us and took our orders could not have been nicer. She answered all our questions and was a true joy from start to finish. The starters were quite good. My partner had the harvest salad and I had the pear salad. Both were very good, tasty and interesting. Our guests had house salads which looked good but they picked at them. Entrees were good but not great. My steak was thin and not as tender as I had hoped but the accompanying topping of olives was very good. Thus the four star rating. Price was good considering the overall meal and drinks. Noise level was moderate and good for conversation except for some children seated quite a distance, but they were not disruptive overall.
Delicious food. Staff was very welcoming. Will definitely visit again.
There were six adults celebrating my husband’s birthday. The service was great-they seated us outside on the patio but were patient when we were trying to make up our minds about sitting inside or outside. Judy the bartender is always awesome. The cocktails were great. The food was absolutely delicious. I’d recommend Bibiz to anyone!
Whenever my husband and I decide we want to have a nice dinner, Bibi’z is always a top choice. Delicious food, comforting atmosphere and impeccable staff. Love it
Servers were working really hard understanding their kitchen was experiencing a power outage. Service was great. The food, however, was beyond average. There are too many restaurants to go to with much better food. Not sure we’ll be back
I'd been recommended here by friends so suggested to my Dad that we go to Bibi'z for my birthday dinner. My Dad is not an easy marker, is very particular about his food, and has no tolerance for waiting.
Unfortunately, although the food and atmosphere were pleasant at Bibi'z, we had an issue with the service being unforgivably slow and a mix-up with my Dad's order such that he got extremely agitated. The outing became a stressful rather than an enjoyable one.
We had specifically requested no cheese on my Dad's food, as he is thoroughly nauseated by it, and his burger arrived generously drenched in melted cheddar. That caused the already slow timing to be even slower, and his dissatisfaction to soar.
The manager agreed not to charge us and apologized, but the damage was done.
I hope these problems can be resolved as the restaurant does seem to do a careful job of food selection and presentation, and I well appreciate their use of fresh, more sustainable ingredients.
Our waitress was a disaster
We love coming to this restaurant not only for their delicious food but for the quaint indoor atmosphere and wonderful staff.
The noise level was low because it was a weeknight andwe we’re sitting outside, can’t speak for inside on the weekends. Staff was delightful and drinks were delicious
Love this place!
Food is gourmet level and well prepared. Service is polite and attentive. Quality is very high, but prices are a bit higher than I feel they should be.
Everything was good. Only complaint was that they may have forgotten about our main dishes. Took way to long to come out and they did apologize. Nice staff. Great food. Loved the cocktail specials. Will definitely be going back.
We love going to this restaurant not only for its outstanding food (which naturally is a huge factor), but for the ambiance, and the attentiveness of the entire wait staff who is always cordial and inviting when we dine there. Bibi’z has become our first choice when we decide to dine out.
Since being diagnosed with Celiac Disease (2012) and having to be Gluten Free, it has been difficult to find a “fun” dining experience where the only thing available for me was a salad & GF pasta & sauce (Boring) while I watched my other friends enjoying fun finger foods! I was overjoyed with how easily “anything” I wanted could be prepared Gluten Free! This restaurant allowed me to indulge in fun dining with GF Fried Calamai (Delicious), kettle chips, spinach dips, veggie pizza (excellent crust) and dessert! I loved the variety and how easily the waiters understood my needs. They would have prepared ANYTHING I wanted, but all I was looking for was a “Fun” afternoon with my friends and finger foods! I can’t wait to go back and try something different in addition to the calamari! Thank you for an afternoon of feeling “free”... anyone with Celiac will completely understand my level of excitement as I would certainly recommend this restaurant!
We met friends there to celebrate our youngest children graduating college! It was a holiday weekend so the place was quiet. We have been here once before and it was equally as awesome! The service was perfect and the food inviting and excellent. We had a leisurely dinner including 3 appetizers, 4 different entrees and 2 desserts, each better than the next. Highly recommend the organic linguine and shrimp. Can’t wait to go back! Oh! And have the grapefruit martini!
Great food and the drinks are superb
We have been eating at this establishment for many years and it is constantly excellent. Because the noise level is low, it allows us to enjoy it with friends. In this day and age, this is an exception.
This time we shared two appetizers for 4 people; the spinach/artichoke dip and cauli fries. Both were excellent and a great starter. Our dinners ranged from steak to salad; all were correctly prepared.
But you must leave room for dessert! The sampler for two is really for four and the ice cream sundaes are delicious. (But try the white peach sangria, my favorite!)
Service is always caring and prompt.
Just an enjoyable no hassle place to eat!
