Service was great... servers were all very friendly and attentive. We were not at all rushed. Food and drinks were all delicious! We will definitely return for another lovely brunch!
Food was awful and coffee was cold. Didn’t eat my meal. Will never go back. Very disappointing because I used to enjoy going there.
Always a great experience. Food is consistent and never disappoints. The staff is professional, patient, hospitable and always knows how to answer questions about the food. It's a great spot to take an out of town guest or to grab a guaranteed great meal with your best friend/spouse!
Excellent food and service always
This was the worst any experience I ever had the assistant manager screamed at my friend tonight and try to kick us out of the restaurant for Explaining that we were disappointed that it took 45 minutes to get our drink the snapper was dry and not edible he literally braided us in front of the whole restaurant screaming at us bloody murder to get out trying to kick us out of the restaurant grabbing our plates everyone in the restaurant was staring at us. The table next to us concurred. The general manager came over after apologize took my took my snapper off the bill but then when we went to leave our bill still was $70 I called the manager back over and said after screaming at us like a lunatic you’re still really going to charge us for my friends meal and he pooh-poohed us and walked away. I’ve never been more embarrassed in my entire life not to mention there was a cord in front of the door that we both almost killed ourselves over from the DJ it was pitch black walking in the service was terrible I’ve been here at least 20 times I’ve never been more disappointed or mortified and embarrassed in my entire life spread the word this is terrible service they’ve gone completely downhill do not patronize this restaurant
Let’s see, where do I begin? It took 45 minutes to get a salad and an appetizer and it took 2 hours and 15 minutes to get our main course which ended up over cooked and cold. We watched other tables get served and they came in after us. They tried blaming our waitress BUT we actually knew her and their incompetence and disorganization from the kitchen was the real problem. We kept giving this place the benefit of the doubt being that they were probably short staffed due to the pandemic BUT when the runner kept bringing us the wrong food from tables of different wait staff we realized that the problem was definitely not our waitress but the idiots she had to put up with...the mere fact that no one even bothered to compensate us for our patience as we watched other patrons just get up and leave just added insult to injury.
The food was good but the service was seriously lacking. The time before apps, between apps and dinner and especially at the end. We couldn’t get anybody to come to our table for over a half an hour to get the bill. On top of that, we were sat at a table outside, they did a nice job with part of the outdoor seating. We sat in a dark area and we couldn’t see our food or the menu or anything. I have eaten here before, the food is always good. But I was a little surprised to see those prices as they did not match the service or the seating that we were given. I asked if they had any lighting, I was actually a bit nervous because we were seated in the lot and I wasn’t sure a person driving would even see the area. I know its a hard time for restaurants but this was definitely a disappointing experience.
Went with 2 families, sat outside (but inside has great ambience) because of Covid. Artisan Pizzas are the bomb!!1 Something for everyone on the menu. Drinks are tasty as well.

We had a terrible experience. Management was missing in action the day of our birthday brunch celebration. They had two wait staff members present for the entire restaurant and never told us that our food service would be delayed by hours. We sat at 12:30p and our food wasn’t served for another 2 1/2 hours. Having brunch we were supposed to receive complimentary croissants and pastries but those weren’t served until we asked about an hour and a half in only to be told by our waiter that “everyone else is waiting for their pastries too.” Meanwhile they were serving our party alcoholic drinks, again with no food service. Meanwhile I indicated that this was a birthday celebration on our Open Table Reservation. We also pointed out to our waiter the birthday guest and neither a complimentary desert was offered or a birthday chorus, even though our waiter sang happy birthday to a table next door. Given the poor service, no apologies or any offer to comp or reduce our check, the final blow was handing over the Check For our Party Of Eight saying a gratuity had been added. The food might have been good if it wasn’t lukewarm when finally served. They would have done everyone a favor if they had closed for the day.
The service was so bad. Took 15 minutes for someone to ask us if we would like a drink or just say hello . Food was very good but they need more help!! We like to support our neighborhood restaurants but we wont be going back any time soon .

I'm really happy I discovered this restaurant! We were returning from Nanuet and live "on the other side" of Bergen County so we thought we'd explore Westwood dining. The online menu was not expanded like the in house one and so that was a pleasant surprise. Our server Matt recited some more specials and added to our confusion as there were so many choices that sounded great...and a good diversion from typical restaurant offerings. Everything we chose was wonderful. The charcuterie board was a delight, not the usual appetizer and we enjoyed it slowly. The only reason for not giving a 5 star rating is the slow service... not the waiter's fault...he did keep checking back on us, but the restaurant was very busy. We will definitely be back so that we can try more of the tempting options! Hopefully outdoor dining lasts another month or two!
Outdoor dining was nice. Food was good as usual. The service was a little interesting as the waiter gave wrong info on the item order so was disappointed. Also they brought out knives when done with meal. Not sure why we would need those again.
Overall though - was good and will go back.

Had a lovely family dinner on their deck. Food was really great and their kids menu was extensive. We’ve been here several times but never with our daughter. They were super great with kids.
Two nice little patios to sit at. Tables were far apart for good social distance.
This was my second time at this restaurant since COVID-19. Service is attentive and the food is good. We shared a carafe of peach sangria that I would definitely recommend. Definitely will return

Food is absolutely wonderful. My wife is celiac and they make it so easy for her to dine out without having to worry. Everything we ordered was delicious and we finished almost everything because it was so good. Portions are a great size and drinks are perfect. The staff is wonderful and made the experience so enjoyable. We weren’t rushed and they allowed us to take our time even though they are restricted to how many tables they have. Highly recommend

Great family dinner. Food never disappoints. Nice cocktail and wine list. It also has a great children’s menu with options that include the usual kids fare as well as selections that encourage branching out a little. It’s so nice to be able to take our kids to a nice restaurant and have them happy too.
Everything was excellent but there was no acknowledgement that it was my birthday which i indicated on the reservation. That was disappointing.

We have had many family functions in their private room and it is one of our “ go to” restaurants when going out with friends.
The service was a little off but not enough to affect our dinning experience.
The small plates are my favorite things to order and have made a meal out of just that !
The chicken kabobs were outstanding and I had enough to take home for a generous lunch the next day for my wife & I to share.

A perfect Sunday brunch to celebrate a birthday. We all enjoyed our food and dessert was delicious. Good value, nice ambiance and quiet
Food was good and served without delay. Soon after order placed. The downside was service being very slow particularly when checking how the food was after it was served. Also, though no fault of the restaurant, parking is very limited in public lots. Had to park three blocks away

EXCELLENT!!! I had such an amazing time. I am gluten and dairy free and the menu had so much offer. Great service, and the food is sooo good. Wish they had more champagne options and desserts that are both gluten and dairy free. Otherwise, I am looking forward to coming back.
We went to the Sunday Brunch on 2/9. The menu was very nice and the food was tasty and had some interesting ingredients. For $23 you get to pick an appetizer and an entree. All 3 of us orderd the eggs benedict, which we each ordered a different accompanyment...smoked salmon, beef bacon and turkey bacon. The accompanying home fries were delicious, tender and flavorful with sauteed red/green peppers.
I have a few negatives about our experience. When we sat down, the odor of cleaning products was strong (possibly bleach...or pine sol), plus the music was quite loud, but that seemed to quiet down about half an hour into our brunch. After the "water server" asked if we wanted tap or bottled water, we said "tap water". He then came out and said that there was no tap water (water main shut off on the street). So, he asked if we wanted Voss water. We always drink water during our meals, so we said "yes," After I reviewed the bill, I noticed we were charged $8 for the bottle of water, which is $1 more expensive than the bellinis! I don't think we should have been charged for this because it was not possible to get tap water to drink.
Our waiter was extremely nice and efficient. If the restaurant could address the issues I mentioned above, it would greatly improve the brunch experience for patrons in the future.
Food was very good and the portion size was good. Server was friendly and knowledgable. Surprising that on a Saturday evening, the were very empty in the dining room.
