    All our food was prepared perfectly. The Nixtamal was a perfect match with all the ingredients and entrees. We had the empanada, enfrijoladas, plantains, flan, custard cake. The menu is focused, with few options, but good combinations that work together.

    Great menu. There were 3 of us and we each tried something different. It was all very tasty. Would highly recommend!

    The service was great, with the hostess, Bailey, greeting us on arrival & pointing out our table, which was in them lobby, as we were a group of 6, giving us privacy, tho not being neglected at all. This worked out very well for us. Our server, Thad, answering all of our questions, going back to the kitchen, etc to find the answers if he didn't know, as a new menu just rolled out today. He checked back with us regularly to make sure we had what we needed/wanted in terms of drinks, questions, satisfaction, etc. throughout the meal, without being excessive or annoying. The food was amazing, as usual, full of flavor with the new menu items being of the same high quality as usual/as expected, full of flavor & variety.

    Overall, the food was very good. It’s a small space but overall everything went really well. Note the menu is small.

    The food was prepared creatively but portions were small. Tamale to meat ratio was poor and babacoa tasted burnt and was dry. Also we had chips and salsa and added queso which was 20 dollars. Desserts were delicious but also 10 dollars.

    This by far one of the best restaurants in Sioux Falls. True authentic Mexican cuisine. The staff at the restaurant is very friendly, knowledgeable and very polite. We love it!

    Bibisol is a top 3 favorite restaurant in Sioux Falls. We've never had a less-than-extraordinary meal here. Chef Marcela is a genius.

    We were seated at our reservation time, and waited over 20 mins for someone to come take our drink or appetizer order. This is the second time we have waited so long to be served at this establishment.
