The sea bass and pea risotto was some of the best i have ever had . Wish the dining room wasnt so dark. know it romantic vibe .                                                                                                                                 We enjoyed a fantastic experience at Beyond the Sea, our go-to special occasion restaurant in Bolton Landing. From the perfectly prepared fritto misto to the lobster ravioli, seared ahi tuna, and excellent filet mignon, everything was perfect. When we made our reservation, we let the staff know we were celebrating a special anniversary -- every member of the team stopped by to congratulate the happy couple. It was an unforgettable evening.

                                                                                                                                3rd visit, service was outstanding and manager greeted us and was very engaging. Wine selection was good by the glass. Salad was excellent and calamari/shrimp dish was very good. This should have been a higher rating but the ribeye we ordered was just OK. Not bad but an average steak for the price. Not a tough piece of meat but chewy. I make CAB ribeye at home often. So this was an unimpressive cut. AND: Since we were staying at the Sagamore, we opted to split the steak, no leftovers please. We were charged a $10 plate charge on a $70 entree. We thought that this was excessive for the overall meal. Not sure if they'll be a 4th visit.
