   Bettys have just started opening in an evening on Thursday Friday and Saturday and it was great there listening to the live piano music. The food , service and ambiance was excellent a most enjoyable time

   The upstairs room had a lovely feel with the pianist playing familiar songs. The sandwiches and cakes were delicious and our server Anne was really friendly and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we wanted:

   Four of us came to experience afternoon tea at bettys tea room and it did not disappoint The staff were all lovely from beginning to end and couldn't do enough for you we had Sophia serving us and she was very knowledgeable about the teas that were on offer all 14 of them the sandwiches and scones were really lovely and also the cakes which we took back to the hotel with us as we couldn't manage to eat them on the day Overall it was a lovely time

   Fantastic experience, enjoyed by all, staff very friendly, food tasty and proportioned just right, and ambience like stepping back in time - live piano music finished off the experience. I would highly recommend.

    Birthday treat for my wife. Lovely food and tea, the champagne was excellent too. Great service from the staff as well.
