Betty Spaghetti may have a cute name, but one taste of the fresh pasta, signature entrees and pizza will have you realizing that the comfort food is much more than cute. Through the use of farm-to-table organic ingredients, the results are astonishing. The “bites” menu at Betty Spaghetti begins the foray into the unexpected with an amazing chicken liver and caramelized onion pate that comes with pickled vegetables and crostini. The house made soft pretzel is another favorite. Even the spaghetti is original with the house made basil meatballs with pine nuts. Hand rolled butternut squash gnocchi served with asparagus, pecorino, wild arugula and mycopia mushrooms is one of the most popular entrees. Finish with the Betty Spaghetti dark chocolate bourbon torte.
