   The food and service were both fantastic! When there was a drink we had seen on the online menu that was no longer on their menu, the waitress and bartender were willing to work with us to get something similar which was very appreciated. The atmosphere was great and we overall really enjoyed our meal.

   Make reservations so they sit you in a closet with a tiny table against the wall where you can’t see the restaurant at all. And then be given 20 minutes alone to contemplate the menu - only to be told they’re out of steak at 6pm on Valentine’s Day. Highly recommended…

   Food was ok , was expecting a little more for the price. Also our waiter was wonderful at first , but towards the end he was no where to be found we had a prolonged wait for a check , again for him to come back for the card and at that point he didn’t even make eye contact let alone even a have a nice day .

   My family and I were in town for the basketball game and decided to have brunch before heading home. We are so happy we chose to stop at Betts! Our server Haley(Hailey? Not sure on her spelling) was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. One of the better brunches I’ve had in a while, everything was perfectly portioned and fresh. The restaurant itself had a cozy and modern feel and was exceptionally clean. Overall we had a great experience and would certainly repeat when we find ourselves in the area again. Not pictured here were the pressed juices we absolutely crushed, I almost got one to go and have to say I’m hindsight I regret not doing so. There were plenty of vegetarian friendly options here as well which is much appreciated.

   The music was way too loud for a restaurant. If it were a bar, I could understand why the music was so loud you needed to raise your voice to speak to someone sitting close to you. This place is a hotel restaurant, and it was such a disappointment. The service also was poor. It took over 40 minutes for us to get a bowl and a salad. I love the veg/vegan variety on the menu, but I because of the noise and service, I will not be returning.

    We came to Betts because there was an article online stating they had a tomahawk deal for two for Vday that went on for 7 days, turns out it's only for the day of valentine's day. Disappointing but it is what it is. Then they were out of their Delmonico (and turns out a # of other items), so we got the flank steak. It came out completely unseasoned, about 15 minutes after we got our entree I flagged the waiter to ask if maybe they forgot the chimichurri and he goes "oops ya we ran out of that". Seems like going out to eat anymore is a let down whether it be the food or service. Saving grace was the truffle mac and cheese and everything pretzels.

    The overall volume of music piping in the restaurant was extremely loud forcing our table to yell and repeat phrases. The signature Mac and cheese dish wasn't available. We placed our order by 5:10 and other than a server stopping by to fill water glasses, we were ignored until our food got served after 6pm and some dishes weren't ready at that point. Our party had to eat quickly to make out show making this $160 dinner more of a fast food experience.

    We ate here for the first time on New Year's Eve '22, before heading over to see a show at The Playhouse Theater. Bett's was within walking distance of the theater district -- even in December. We parked in the PNC garage and it only cost $4! Our meal for four at Bett's was pricey, over $200, but was it was worth it. My teenage kids both ordered salmon, husband had steak and I had the chicken sami. All were delicious. We loved the pretzel appetizer and both dips that came along with it. Service was just right, the ambiance was excellent. The restaurant design was trendy and beautiful yet still managed to be cozy. The hotel lobby just outside was a great place to hang out after our meal, and was a nice spot for those waiting for their tables. We also found an associate at the hotel desk to be incredibly kind and helpful, even though we weren't hotel guests. We will definitely return to Bett's and are now considering staying the night at the hotel!

    Modern cafe feel was cozy for an evening to celebrate with my friend. We were Seated at 530, ordered drinks and apps at 545. Our drinks came within minutes and my friend and I began catching up. At 615 when we’d finished our drinks and looked around, people seated after us had already finished their appetizers and had ordered dinner. More time passed before we saw our waiter to flag him over and he seemed inconvenienced when I said we still didn’t have our food. This was about 625. Unbothered, he came back 5 minutes later with a small dish of lukewarm brussel sprouts - which were still very good, not crispy as the name states, but at least firm with a light glaze and feta- and took our drink order and the 2nd appetizer we did not have the opportunity to order earlier, and dinner. The drinks, the appetizer and the entrees all came out at the same time which was now 715. We both ordered salmon simply prepared and it was perfectly light, flavorful and broke apart with the fork. The garlic fries were tasty but cold, the broccoli tasteless and cold. By the time we tried the wing appetizer, it was cold and tasteless. The waiter was very causal and unapologetic to our comments, and came back saying her had taken the brussels off of the bill and walked away. We left at 8. I was disappointed with our experience because of the occasion. It was moderately priced but felt overpriced due to the extreme lack of service that honestly felt cold, and the poor preparation of several of the items. I would not go back.

    Terrible experience. I will never go back. Substandard service. Appetizers arrived after entrees. We were never given the option to even look at the dessert menu. Burger King would have probably been a better choice

    Had a wonderful brunch with my husband. We’re from out of town and love to make weekend trips within Ohio to visit fun restaurants and see new things. I had reserved a spot for us to eat brunch at Betts as soon as I saw some pictures of the space and the food! Not only was this place super cute, but all of the employees we encountered were friendly and attentive. Our brunch was yummy, too. Super happy with our experience here. We were unable to find close street parking and ended up walking a few blocks and I called ahead to let them know we’d be a few minutes late. They were understanding and cheery also. Once we arrived they happily sat us and our waitress was very kind. Once we headed out, the hostess saw us taking a photo and offered to take one for us instead. Betts is a nice way to start your day. We are glad we made a special stop for it!

    Steak was ordered medium rare, but it was served nearly well done. They took that off the bill. Pasta Dish was served room temperature. Maybe they were short staffed so the food sat for a while? Had to send my drink back because I think the bartender used the same utensils to make a smoky drink and the flavor drifted into my drink. They brought me a second one, but it still didn’t taste right. Tokyo bowl (spicy) was good and the salad with salmon added was good. The server was nice and apologized and asked to give them another chance sometime. Not sure we would go again unless just for appetizers and drinks.

    Good food. One small thing. My husband wanted mustard and they brought ketchup in a ramiken. Then when they did bring the mustard in packets, they were impossible to open. Kind of fast food-ish. Server was great.

    The food and service were great! Unfortunately, when we arrived 5 minutes after our reservation time, they didn’t have a table for us. We were kindly told it would be 5 minutes. They pieced two tables together for us in that time. The seating was a bit awkward and we felt a little rushed trying to get to a show.

    Excellent location within walking distance to the theaters and even the basketball arena. Nice, clean, setting sharp appearance inside. Being from out of town, I called in advance to ask about parking and the man answering the phone said I could park behind the building. Well, that was not exactly true. There was no obvious evidence for parking. So we parked a few blocks away at a city lot. In front of the restaurant was a sign with discount valet parking for patrons of the restaurant. I would think the employee would know this. The old classic Cleveland Trust building is across the street and now houses a grocery store, wine shop, bar area, multiple food choices and an ice cream area. Great for dessert.
