Contemporary American
Bettini’s fresh take on Vineyard style sets the stage for chef-inspired menus that showcase the season’s freshest offerings from local farms, fishing boats, foragers and markets. Expansive windows reveal a magnificent coastal view that reinforces the kitchen’s relationship with the local landscape, creating a seamless island-to-table dining experience. Just-caught seafood stars in a classic bouillabaisse. Prime cuts of beef gain a perfect sear from the kitchen’s lava stone grill. Breakfasts range from healthy cold-pressed juices and an açai bowl to an indulgent lobster Benedict. And the best of the island’s produce shines throughout Chef Patrice’s inspired menus. Bettini is open for breakfast and dinner daily and Sunday brunch.

The buffet excelled because of the raw fish bar. I didn’t make it to many other stations, but there was a crepe, egg, hot sliced charcuterie, surf and turf, salad and desert stations. All very good. Pricing was good but how 2 mimosas and a glass of wine was $58 extra surprised me (granted I tip well, but still)

Went for the Mother’s Day brunch. The buffet was absolutely gorgeous with some many unique and delicious options - totally exceeding my expectations. The hotel and restaurant renovations are beautiful. Made for a very special day and will definitely be returning!

If you have money to burn, this might be for you. Thinking we were going to the restaurant, we found that it was not open and we were seated in the bar area. Dark wood, dark tables, dark chairs, dark lighting, dark everything. The menu is only tapas, small goodies to share. An individual can select six items for a $50 fee but these cannot be shared. The pricing is simply crazy and costly. The wine starts at $14 for a short pour. A house white wine was served at $20. This whole evening was a challenge and totally the opposite of what we expected. We are local folks that will leave this to those who visit our island and do not care what they spend on food. The food was quite good but just working through the darkness and the crazy pricing was enough to make our group decide this was a one time visit. There are other restaurants in town that serve very good food at reasonable prices.
