   Always love eating at LT. not a bad thing on the menu. Sushi, poke bowls, flatbreads and burgers can’t be beat!

   It had been a while since I’ve eaten at the Betsy. I had stayed there three or four years ago and had a wonderful experience so I brought a friend over to treat for lunch and we both had salad. I added chicken. She added salmon and we had a delightful lunch on a beautiful day outside on the porch. I would highly recommend you going there. The service was wonderful. It’s not cheap. It’s a very nice place. It also has music a few nights

   Our food was excellent. Great ambiance with the piano playing. Our server Franco took excellent care of us. Would definitely recommend.

   The ambience was great, food was prepared to perfection, and the waiter was Awesome. Our food took awhile to come out but we were waiting on another person to join our party. Overall, the piano playing in the background created the relaxed dinner mood

   I was excited to try the award winning Wagyu burger for $35. It arrived cold as well as the truffle fries which I paid an additional $4 to substitute the regular fries. The famous pop up bread basket arrived late and we requested it 4 times; it arrived cold and during our meal. My mother orders a Diet Coke . Price $7 for Diet Coke!! Unreal Service was poor no need to perform as the 20% was already in included. Waiter was disorganized and unprofessional The room temperature was also very cold Needed a pashmina to keep warm rather than lowering the room temp as requested Overall Will not go back or recommend It’s too bad as all my reviews are usually positive Save your money and go elsewhere in south beach for dinner

   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had the pleasure of dining at LT Steak & Seafood, located within the beautiful Betsy Hotel in Miami, and I must say that Franco made our experience truly unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, Franco's warm hospitality and attentive service set the tone for the evening. He greeted us with a genuine smile and took the time to explain the menu, highlighting some of the restaurant's signature dishes and his personal favorites. His passion for the culinary arts was evident, and it made choosing our meals an enjoyable experience. We started with the fresh seafood platter, which was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. Franco's recommendations were spot on, and he expertly paired our dishes with the perfect wine selections. The steaks were cooked to perfection, tender and juicy, showcasing the kitchen's commitment to quality. What stood out most was Franco's ability to create a personalized dining experience. He checked in on us regularly, ensuring that everything was to our liking and that we had everything we needed. His knowledge of the menu and genuine care for our experience made us feel truly valued as guests. The ambiance of LT Steak & Seafood is also worth mentioning—elegant yet inviting, it perfectly complements the exquisite dining experience. Overall, I cannot recommend Franco and LT Steak & Seafood enough. If you’re looking for exceptional service and a memorable meal in Miami, be sure to ask for Franco.
