We love LT at the Betsy a favorite dining spot. But I must say during pandemic and currently the service is just terrible. Hoping for this to be rectified. It so diminishes what is otherwise a wonderful dining experience.

The filet was perfectly cooked. The service was everything you’d expect and more… they were quick, efficient, worked together for a perfect experience. However, the crown jewel to this place is the live piano player. He played beautifully and it created the perfect ambiance. I went and asked him if he could play Faithfully by Journey and he said he would go learn it on his break. He came back and played it like it was a Grammy award album. Everything was great about this place. From food, service, ambiance, atmosphere was beyond our expectations and we are afraid of giving any other place a try as the bar is set high!

Enjoyed some wine here and did some people watching the night before so we decided to try this place for dinner. Service was good overall. Food was fairly high priced. Portions were good size. Everything is extra. Fresh popovers were a nice touch. Sometimes the sound system was a little loud. The live music from the pianist inside the building was a nice feature too.

I've been to quite a few steakhouses and have a certain standard because of it. Given the reviews on Google and OpenTable we decided to go here for my friend's birthday dinner. The food was subpar and the menu was misleading. Loaded baked potato was actually a twice baked cheese wrapped contraption and the spinach fondue had no cream and no noticeable cheese. Our medium well strip steak came out medium rare and needed to be sent back. Ambience was nice, the live piano playing was great and our server was gracious through all of it.

Great place to go for a good Meat! $80-100 per person would be a reasonable amount. Service was great.

Overall the food was good, not a fan of their bread . Dining area is nice but it is close to hotel lobby and can be noisy at times. Only service hiccup was wrong wine glass for my House red .

Service completely ignored our table. We waited over 30 minutes after sitting down to even have water poured for our table. Server didn’t care at all. Don’t go spend $300 for dinner for 2 when you are treated that way.
The service was okay. The waiter didn’t explain any specials, I had to ask. The food was extremely bland. The live music was good. The prices just wasn’t worth it at all. I wouldn’t come back again.

Serendipity! While the steak and seafood are expertly prepared here, who would have expected to have so much fun with "not" choosing a wine!?!? At the moment, the Betsy is offering $75 mystery bag-o-wine: A well curated selection of triple digit reds are stashed in individual brown bags marked with raffle tickets.
