They don't tell you when you make a reservation through OpenTable that there will be a minimum spend amount for your table. When we arrived on my birthday we were informed we had the choice of a $300 table and a $500 table. We were planning on spending at least $300 on food and drink among our party so we chose that option. The server took our order as soon as we sat down, brought us our first round of drinks, and then we never saw her again. In her defense, she was the only one working this section, however, she seemed to focus all her attention on 2 particular tables leaving everyone else without. Sometime later someone else came out to tell us half the food we ordered wasn't available so we're forced to pick other things off the limited menu that we didn't really want because, again, we have a minimum to meet. To get our second round of drinks we had to wave down one of the guys working the door, who put in the order and delivered them himself. We sat there for over 2 hours, got 2 rounds of drinks, still didn't receive all the food we ordered, and were fed up. We asked a supervisor/manager for our check and informed them that we wouldn't be meeting the minimum because we couldn't get service and would like to leave. He was understanding and got our server to bring our check. She was very apologetic but it was too little to late AND we still had things on our bill that we never received. With better staffing this place could be a lot of fun to watch a game or a fight but until that happens, it's not worth the money or time. (To add insult to injury it was the night of the embarassing Washington/Dallas game. The place was full of Cowboys fans, which is fine, but then they played We Dem Boyz over the speakers. Really?)

The ambience was very nice, but the servers were highly annoying with seating arrangements by telling the customers to do this and not do that throughout my entire experience. This won't deter me from coming again, but this should be something that needs to be addressed.

My criticism is for Open Table and not the restaurant. My birthday party showed up only to realize that the restaurant was closed. Closed on Monday. You would think that Open Table would have been aware of that fact. SMH.
