Fantastic! We had a great time. Servers were super attentive - and food was outstanding. If only it was easier to get a table reservation. Booked solid for months.

Every time I go to Bestia the food is excellent and so is the service. The one thing that is a bit frustrating is when I make a reservation I ALWAYS have to wait atleast 20 min before I’m seated. Then there’s times when I DON’T have a reservation and I get seated sooner or I wait just as long (which is understandable since I don’t have a reservation). My point is what’s the purpose of a reservation if we have to wait every time and see all these parties get seated before us who may or may not have a reservation? That’s the one thing I would hope Bestia would improve on.

Finally made it to Bestia! The food lived up to the hype! We sat at the counter and it was fun and interesting to see the food being prepped right before our eyes -- also a good trick to see what to order!

This was our second time and it was better than we remembered. It was totally worth staying up past midnight to get the reservation!

This restaurant is really overrated. The food is ok, The prices are really high for what it is. The tables and chairs are so uncomfortable, they feel like an after thought. My butt hurt the whole time I was there, I asked for a change of seats and nobody helped us out. There’s no space on the tables, you order food and have to squeeze everything in the table. I had the worst time at that place, I wanted to finish my food and leave, we didn’t even order drinks. We spent less than an hour there and that’s cause service was slow.

I've been dying to try this restaurant for years and was not disappointed. Wonderfully inventive Italian small plates, pastas and main courses using fresh ingredients. Great cocktails too.

Always such a dream! From the food to the team. They were out of the roasted marrow that night and I was super bummed but it’s okay because everything else was delicious.

Thank you again for the great service! Keep it up!

All the food we ordered were really good but the standouts were the lobster crostini, bone marrow dish, branzino, and the banana dessert. Kudos to our server who recommended the branzino. Service was very quick and attentive. This is a special occasion restaurant for me as the prices are on the steep side but worth every penny. I'm still thinking about the branzino.

Wanted to see what all the hype was about! It took me a few months to book a reservation that was not at 10pm at night. Was able to snag a slot at 7pm on a Tuesday. The venue is very cute but loud! very loud. The service was amazing and equivalent to fine dining experience. The food was good and had interesting textures and hidden flavors but did not exactly leave me curious to return. I did not care much for the “small plates.” The portion sizes are kinda in-between. Not quite big enough to be individual but hard to share for a party of 3. If it was easier to get a reservation at a decent hour on a weekend I would be more inclined to return. Also, if a friend invites me and already has a reservation I would definitely go. However, the effort of booking a reservation so far in advanced and traveling 40 minutes does not seem worth doing.

Really enjoyed our recent visit to Bestia, the food was excellent and matched by the service. It was really bustling but they were very attentive and made really good recommendations. I look forward to returning and trying more of the menu.

Great atmosphere for dinner date. We enjoyed the starters and appetizers more than the entrees. Chicken liver spread and salad were spot on. Pizza and pasta felt a bit overpriced.

As always food was great and staff was very friendly! Only complaint is that your meal is forced to be be shared “family style” even though the portions aren’t that big. Even if you don’t want to share they refuse to bring out certain foods at the same time. For example, I wanted a pasta and my husband wanted the pork tenderloin but they said the chef wouldn’t allow a pasta and a protein to come out together! So other than that our experience was great.

Food: For food, we ordered the margherita pizza, roasted bone marrow with spinach gnocchetti, chicken liver pâté, braised oxtail-stuffed pasta parcels (Agnolotti alla Vaccinara), and the lamb ragu pasta (Pici al Sugo di Agnello). I'd like to get this out of the way as early as possible - the pasta is by far the restaurant's strongest suit. Just amazing stuff, really. The sauce on the lamb ragu was otherworldly, coating the tongue in a savory sensation with ever bite. The oxtail packs its own punch, pairing so well with pistachios and currants. The bone marrow was the highlight of the show for me. The fat is so packed with beefy flavor, it's almost sensual. With the balsamic in the mix, its hard to not eat this in a few seconds.

The margherita was exceptional - crispy crust, fragrant basil, fantastic cheese. The pâté was good - it was not as gamey as we were hoping, but the balance of flavors is phenomenal. Smooth, with a hint of citrus.

Service: The staff was simply fantastic. We were given deep explanations of the dishes on the menu, offered wine pairings to go with our meal, and generally taken care of by our lovely hosts.

I do some (very) small gripes, however. First, given that all dishes are meant to be shared amongst the table, all dining plates should be warmed for all customers. The dishes themselves come to the table hot, but becomes lukewarm when being served. Secondly, it would be nice to have an option for the margherita pizza and chicken liver toast to be prepared tableside or in the kitchen.

Ambiance: The decor and high ceilings lends itself to be very lively and casual, and you can feel that the moment you walk in. However, the seating itself is a bit cramped.

Value: Our bill was 123 for the aforementioned dishes, a glass of wine, and a small desert. All in all, a very good price for very good food.

Noise Level: Very, very loud. It makes it difficult to communicate at times. Ask if you can get a table outside (2 - 4 people)

Fantastic food and lovely service. The food was mostly mind-blowingly good. In a nutshell, this place takes best quality ingredients and put a lot of love and thoughts into the preparation and presentation and the result is memorable and very well balanced dishes. This place encourages sharing, which is lovely for friends and family. The restaurant is a bit noisy so not for business meals, but for anything other occasions than that I think Bestia is a choice that cannot go wrong.
