From food quality to customer service it was spot on. The wrong dish came to the table but they still accommodated us. It was 100% great experience. It’s my third time there and it keeps getting better. Definitely will come back again.

It’s been a long long time since I was here the last time. I had a rather bad experience last time. Today everything was fine. But….i won’t be back The whole experience seemed very rushed. Appetizers came out way too quickly. It’s a factory.. Deafeningly loud. There’s no personality. Considering the whopping high price I paid…. Rather go to Damian next door

Booked this reservation weeks in advance for a birthday. We got seated in the patio next to the parking lot, it was distracting, uncomfortable, and worse, they turned 2 2-tops next to our table so the passage way between our table and a party of 6 next to us fit only one person at a time and all the service staff constantly ran up and down this narrow path. Ambience was awful from the start but progressively got worse as the restaurant got busier and louder. Food was good but left quickly because we couldn’t even hear each other talk over the loud music, constant staff running around everywhere and the pacing was not up to par with their food prices.

Good food but inattentive service from the Host and Server. The bartender was great and had a sense of urgency. Our waiter was rarely at the table, if we needed anything we were gonna have to wait a solid 15 minutes for him to grace us with his presence. Forgot about another glass of wine I ordered. He eventually remembered but by that point I was done with my food and didn't even want it anymore. I went up to the front desk and said please can I order a surprise dessert with a candle for my boyfriends birthday. The host completely forgot to communicate this and we waited a long time to order dessert. Surprise ruined, I'd hope they would at least tell the waiter to put a candle in it. Nope. Super loud inside, could barely have a conversation. Food was good but not super eager to return.

Bestia Was Worstia Look. I worked in a restaurant. The top chefs never work on Thanksgiving week. Let's start with the basics. Bad Drinks: If you are going to overcharge us, at least get us intoxicated. I was more sober after the meal than before. Portion Sizes: Great for people under 13 and women on Ozempic. Service: If someone tells you something is not good, don't try to convince them otherwise. Especially when it is your own damn server. I am starting to believe that all these "chic" places are culinary scams. I'd be happier and more fulfilled at Burger King.

Came in for a work dinner as this place was highly recommended. We were so happy with how quickly we were seated and how helpful our server was in helping us order. Everything came out in perfect order and we all ate just enough to be full but not feeling sick. Can’t wait to come back - we had a great time!

It was very noisy inside so we ate outside on the patio. The Caesar salad, which is the same no matter where I eat it, was very delicious, and when I asked what the ingredients were in the dressing, I was surprised to hear that it contained various herbs. The sauce for the scallop crudo was also the most delicious I've ever had. The pizza had a chewy texture with a hint of sweetness from the flour, and the serrano pepper gave it just the right amount of spiciness. The squid ink spaghetti and lobster had a perfect combination of pasta and sauce, and the pairing with the fresh lobster created a perfect harmony. The night at Bestia was even more memorable than I had imagined. Needless to say, this is a restaurant I want to visit again.

Cool location in old warehouse district, almost a Speakeasy feel to understated almost hidden facade. On the inside it is a buzzy vibe with a kaleidoscope of patrons of all sorts happily eating, drinking and socializing. The waitstaff is knowledgable, attentive and convivial. The food keeps the party going. Serving sizes are ample. They run the gamut from pizza to bone marrow with pasta, fresh fish and on up the culinary ladder. The mixologist gets it right and the wine list is broad enough to find a good pair with the menu offerings. Valet parking and a front desk that is friendly and helpful in holding a reservation when LA traffic makes getting there a longer trek than anticipated. (Call them when you know you’re lagging). All in all, unusual and well worth the effort.

We were there on a Wednesday at 730. Yes it’s louder than a F-1 race, and that is to be expected from a trendy, cramped restaurant in DTLA. They were sold out of 2 of the 5 entrees, so we ordered a couple of their “hero” dishes, one was a goey, salty gravy with pork sausage and limp pasta, and so many truffles I was disgusted. One or two good truffles is all you need, especially if you want to hide the nasty gritty limp taste you get with their special. Honestly the best thing here is the over salted Caesar like salad and the overpriced, margarita pizza that you can make at home if you had one of those mini pizza ovens. Honestly I was very disappointed in the food, the selection, and the lack of imagination in the offerings for a so called great. The saddest part is that there is nothing on the menu that highlights the freshness of the food, that means a fresh, minimally salty dish highlighting veggies, grains etc. Maybe we were there on a bad night, but it was packed and honestly I want my $500 back.

Excellent place but the noise level is off the charts. Thankfully the two of us were able to move from a table to the bar which was somewhat quieter and we could at least hear ourselves talk without raising our voices too much.

My husband and I were celebrating his early birthday. We had an overall pleasant experience. The service was stellar. Everyone was attentive to our needs. The staff was very knowledgeable of the items on the menu and gave us very description of each dish. The dishes were really good, especially the Peruvian scallop. It was our favorite. Everything was good but we felt the portion was a bit small. Our least favorite was the.bone marrow, we prefer it on toast. We felt that the taste of it was lost in the gnocchetti and the gnocchetti was on the chewy side. We will be back

The food, as always, was amazing. We were celebrating a special occasion and the wait staff were so helpful and attentive the whole night . The recommendations made by our waitress were spot on. From their appetizers to their desserts, everything was so scrumptious. And their specialty cocktails should not be missed!
