Booked last minute for a birthday meal - what a wonderful surprise! Pizzas and wine were both fantastic and at such a reasonable price. Service was good also. Will 100% return after lockdown
Great service and delicious food and extra Oort was made to our daughter's birthday meal special - very impressed
Great pizza, great customer service, lovely location in heart of Covent Garden
1st Visit and it was excellent. Best pizzas we have had in along time. Will definitely be back.
We booked a table for 7:30 and they started preparing the place to close at 8:15 while we were still eating. Before 9:00 they brought us the check to pay because they were closing!
No problem to do so if the table had an hour and a half slot but they just wanted to go home!
Not the best attitude in a period where restaurants are struggling to stay open!
Food was really good, disappointing with the out of stock wines on the menu, but otherwise a good place.
Really delicious pizzas - good menu selection, good service and good drinks. Unfortunately there had been an issue with the gas which meant we weren’t able to order any of the pastas, which is a shame as they sounded great. Overall a great experience and would definitely recommend - a hidden gem.
Went for a friends birthday, great food and accommodating service!
Nice remarkable place with great atmosphere. The whole Beetles history makes the restaurant special. The food was good too and the staff very polite. However, staff didn’t wear any face masks.
Great pizzas (but no other options, no pasta). Good service and great location. Couple tables outside too
Great service, lovely friendly staff. Amazing food even for a vegan:)
Went for a birthday meal and the staff were more than accommodating, had a lovely time and would 100% recommend!
Lovely pizzas and waitress was super
Very kind staff who served us with smiles on their faces!
Amazing pizza, would definitely go back.
Service was a little slow but no complaints considering it was the first weekend reopened after lockdown.
Decided to dine at Beso while in London, and I’m so pleased I did. I had Tagliatelle Bolognese. My husband had Seafood Spaghetti, couldn’t decide on a starter so ordered Pizza too, truffle Sausage wow 🤩
Will defo return when in London.
Such a wonderful experience, the staff were so lovely and attentive. Will definitely be returning.
Not the most friendliest of welcomes but service improved once the young waitress took over.
The food was a bit slow in coming but well worth the wait. All four pasta dishes were superb and enjoyed by all.
Mostly young People. Strange that they had no Grappa. Good food and wine reasonable price.
Excellent dinner in London. We look forward to our next meal with you. Thanks.
Disappointed with the vegan pizza which was smothered in oil making it very sloppy, and the side order of toasted veg was the same. So much oil it was inedible
Best pizza in London, very light and delicious. great fresh pastas.
Food was really good. Didn't get great service, took a long time for order to be taken and main came out mid starter but nice experience overall.
A lot of menu options seemed to be out of stock even though we had an early dinner booking. The food was ok but I was underwhelmed by the food, service and overall experience compared to many other restaurants in the local area.
Was really disappointed. Booked this place because it had a mix of vegan and standard options but most of the vegan options were unavailable (no pizza and no sorbet). Kind of defeated the option. Portion sizes were slightly below average though the food we got was tasty.
Booked lunch with my brother well in advance with a view to have the Set Lunch.
When we arrived at the restaurant and settled at our table we were advised at the point of ordering that the Set Lunch was no longer available and had been removed.
The website was still offering the option the day before the booking and we showed our waitress the option being available on the day.
The waitress was very apologetic.
We decided to go elsewhere for our luncheon.
The Star Rating reflects our general perception of the restaurant but obviously some factors were not experienced correspondingly.

amazing Italian restaurant the best pizza in London
When we arrived we seated on table for 2.but after a minute they asked us to change the table for larger group. Which wasn't very pleasant because host told me that her colleague seated us on the wrong table which is not true because when the larger walk in group walked in the host just wanted to merge two small tables (one of them the one we were seated) to provide them a table.. This is undrrstandible but lying to us and blaming on her colleague is not professional at all. Ordered double gin and tonic which came in a short glass half full and as a Bar manager I'm saying it wasn't double.. It was single.. And there was very small amount of tonic in it. Food is OK. But too small portions for the price.
It was easy to get a table on a Friday evening, which was useful but rather worrying; all the other highly rated places nearby were totally booked up.
My starter of mussels was small and nondescript. The three other starters were much better; my wife’s prosciutto accompanied by a huge ball of particularly good mozzarella was excellent.
The pizzas and pasta were all very good. The disappointment of the mussels was compensated by a very decent seafood pasta.
The wine (a fruity Puglian red) was very good and the markup not extortionate. Service and atmosphere all good.
Overall rating 13.5/20 - definitely the right side of Good.
Excellent food as ever... pasta portion rather small for those expecting hearty
When I went there, it was about to close, even though I booked a reservation at 12:30.
The staff was very arrogant. Did not say any apologies.
Birthday/Date. Beso was pretty good overall. The lights could be a little dimmer to create a more cosy atmosphere. Food was presented beautifully, and was tasty though could have been a hotter (temperature). As starter, 2x mains and 6 drinks was around £114 (incl. service) not bad at all.
While I wouldn't go out of my way to go back, it was a good night.
The pasta were good and original but thought that it was a bit pricey for a mid-level type restaurant.
not a bad address though if you're near Tottenham courtroad and fancy pasta.
We had a lovely family dinner in January. Lovely restaurant and 7
Dials and Neils Lane lit with Christmas trees. Very enjoyable
Excellent location for theatre land, lovely food and service. Recommend arriving 5 _ 5.15 to beat theater goes rush.
Food was served quickly and was delicious. Staff were very friendly and happy to help.
We came for the pre-theatre menu and had a marvelous time. It was quite quiet when we were there and sometimes the service was a bit lacking even though it was a small place, but the food was out of this world and completely worth the price. The burrata dish with the heirloom tomatoes was so wonderful.
Nice food - strange stale sort of smell and didn't look the cleanest place I have been in
We would recommend Beso. Food is excellent, nice surroundings and pleasant staff. Good cocktails too.
It was a Monday and very quiet, which suited us well as we were a small group and could hear everything when talking!
The pasta was really good and we all enjoyed our dinner.
Beso delivers fine food very well. The tastes and the presentation are both excellent and the service is good and precise. We will recommend and return!
