Place was not crowded, but after a while we had to ask if a server was ever coming over. We were served by the one we asked as they seemed to be very short staffed. She was great, but the meal then took forever to arrive.
It took so long, that they actually comped the entire meal (when does THAT ever happen).
Food, when it arrived was decent and plentiful and of course the price was right.
I’m sure we’ll try again and see if things get better...
We always enjoy our meal there. Our kids request it!
We love this restaurant. We normally do take out. We went to eat at the restaurant on Valentine day and service was slow. We ordered 2 entree's and the second entree was cold and needed to be sent back after waiting at least an half an hour. We were in the restaurant for 1 1/2 hours. Way too long for a quick dinner out.
Sisters get together. Some from out of state. Service was terrible. Manager compensated us for future meal.
They didn’t have a round table for us and the 6 of us 65 to 75 year olds sat in a raised corner booth
It turned out ok after we talked to the manager.
My food had a hair in it that I overlooked, and later when I got home with my leftovers there was a STAPLE in my food. Disappointing, our server was really kind and have never had a bad experience there before.
Over priced, small portions. Service was good but slow. $70.00+ dollars for 2 kids meals, 1 app, a salad and fettuccine Alfredo is crazy.
Made reservations the evening before. Called to verify the next morning. All was ok. We arrived at 645 for dinner. No one was at hostess desk. Several people were waiting too. Come to find there were kitchen problems, cook had just quit, so they were in a tizzy. We were sent away, on new years eve! I felt they should have called. We had eaten there a few months ago and service, etc were so-so then but figured we'd try it again. This will be the last time we go to their restaurant. Seems they have bigger problems to work out.
Food was great. Wine was better. Great service all around. Highly recommend
Had a late dinner (pizza) after a movie. Very empty at that time of night, 9pm. Our server was great, food good, and the hot complimentary rolls were delicious!
Service was good food was fresh.
The service was awful. It took a very long time to get our order (Over an hour). And one of the entrees didn't come out (A pizza). The runners were very confused and didn't think that entree was even put in (Which is what I believe)... About 15 minutes later I got my pizza but by that time everyone else was done.
The waitress didn't come often enough to check on drinks so no one got enough refills.
As far as the food... The waitress put in my pizza I guess rushed and as a result the pizza came out covered in way too many onions, which were completely raw and not cut to a consistent size (basic knife skills fail). The other people in my party's meals were bland, so it's not just the waitress, the kitchen did not do a good job either. As far as the pizza, large chunks of raw white onions is not appealing. They weren't really sufficiently apologetic about the missing entree either.
I've been to other Bertucci's before that have been fine (I mean what do you expect from a casual chain). This was not.
Great food as always. Really like the variety on the menu. However, service was really bad this time. Looked like staff was short-handed and our server was overwhelmed. Would be good for them to staff more appropriately. We will be back because the food and value ang gluten free options are really good.
Comforting American Italian menu of great value. Friendly service and feel-good atmosphere.
Had reservations but still waited 30 minutes to be seated. Then food took an extremely long time.
The new Bertucci's is the same as the old. The menu seasonal menu is inspired but the preparations are still sub par. They still can't manage a good bowl of spaghetti.
Our Hostess and waitress were extremely friendly. Our waitress Marina had great suggestions on what to order and her suggestions were delicious. We are definitely going back again. Thank you for a great dinner experience!!!
Really good food. Our server was excellent and very responsive. Prices are good too. The pizza was really goof.
Glad they reopened. Was very sad when they closed .
Hostess indicated restaurant was filling up but it clearly was not ... server was excellent ... I had lobster ravioli, which was done differently than any lobster ravioli I’ve had elsewhere. It was very good. I husband had chicken fettuccine Alfredo, which was lacking in believer .
Food was terrible
Bartender did his best. Ordered food at 510 pm, food arrived at 620 pm.... cold, sent it back, came out cold again. My two kids fell asleep before their dinner arrived. I gave up and asked for the check. I just wanted to leave.
We went on a Saturday night had a reservation for 5:30. The hostess staff at the door need some improving. I said we have a reservation on open table so I Cupid get credit for the visit and she says yeah I no I have u here. I said u don’t even no my name. She says oh right. We were seated in the bar area which was fine until they seated a family with parents and 3 kids behind us who carried on the whole time. Ruined our night. Kids should not be seated in the bar area. Food was only average. Drinks were good. But our waitress was very good. She saved the night.
We thought we would give Bertuccis a try since it recently reopened. We were extremely disappointed with our meal. My husband order the fettuccine with steak - without mushrooms. It took a long time to get our food and then when it arrived the dish had mushrooms which could not be removed since it was all cooked together. The steak was grey in color and smelled foul, when cut into it was raw. My husband was so disgusted he could not eat anything else. The manager offered take it off our bill and give us something else and we ordered plain fettuccine but it took forever to receive. All my husband wanted to do was leave but he didn't want to spoil our dinner date, when it came time for the bill we were still charged for the second meal which we never even ate. He was so disgusted and aggravated he didn't even want to bother trying to get it removed from the bill. So in turn we will not be returning anytime soon!
My server, Mathew was great. He walked me through menu options and I settled on a seasonal feature, steak tips over fettuccine with a truffle sauce. (I saw a video of your chef making it in the foyer...that influenced my decision as well) great flavor and filling. The restaurant was clean and inviting and the manager came over to see how my meal was. He suggested their new cappuccino cannolis which were a nice finish to my meal. I’ll be back to try the antipasto and a pizza soon. Food and service were better than I expected from a chain restaurant. Worth the trip.
Poor experience. We waited for over an hour for our dinners and ended up getting them to go. The manager never stopped by and nothing was comped for the extreme delay.
